Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum of my course is good, our first and second semester is paper based with 52 credits, third and fourth semester is research oriented with 48 credit. We have more practical and research and oriented course. lab classes are very helpful for us.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities are more for the students after studying this course. They can study further, give NET exam, work in research labs, private companies etc. After NET they can teach and work both with JRF. Cipla, micro labs, vergo, Apollo etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee of M. Pharmacy course is little high. There is less fee for reserved candidates. For us its 155000 for tution and developmental fee. 2227 other fee and there is also a 5000 refundable deposit. The fee for second is same. For other facilities fee is charged as taken.
Campus Life
Our college hosts various extra curricular activities, we work in research labs, on journals, on research papers, seminars, projects, cultural events, pharmacy day, pharmaceutical seminars, NSS, cultural and sports events are organised. Labs of our college has good facilities and they are well equipped.
Hostel Facilities
We have good Hostel facilities for both boys and girls. Hostel is well established, with good infrastructure and all facilities with food as well. Fee of Hostel per year fee is 65000 including mess charges.
Alumni/Alumna
Our college has alumni association for our alumni. There are various events, lectures, meet-up, career guidance course, etc are held. We have interaction with them, they tell us the opportunities available, what we should focus on and steps to follow. Seniors are helpful to us, they help us at various occasions.
Admission
To get admission in M.Pharmacy course I had to appear for GPAT examination. Admission is given based on valid GPAT score. The cut off is also set by our college. This college ranks 25th in Maharashtra and it's NIRF is 99. The admission eligibility is that we should have a bachelor's degree in pharmacy with atleast 55%.
Faculty
We have a good faculty in our department. Our faculty are very well educated, all have good education and teaching background. They are very supportive to us, our faculty help us in guiding for future steps. They guide us to concentrate on education and solve our problems. As it is research oriented course we get more support of them.
