Course Curriculum Overview

Chemistry is a discipline which involves elements and compounds composed of atoms, molecules and ions: their composition, structure, properties, behavior and the changes they undergo during a reaction with other substances. The course duration is three years.

Placement Experience

After 2010, placements and job opportunities are happening and many reputed SW companies are conducting off campus in our college. Before 2010, the batches didn't get these opportunities. However, the packages are quite good.

Fee Structure And Facilities

In detailed figures, we may not get information about the fee structure as it may differ from year to year and batches to batches. The fee structure will be feasible as it is in the rural area. So that won't be a problem.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities are given importance here which includes playing a variety of games. There is a huge religious tolerance with regards to any grounds. Important functions are held related to art, music, dance and creativity.

Admission

No interview or Entrance exam takes place. The admission is totally dependent on the merit list that is the marks scored in 12th examination. The eligibility criteria is Hsc passed with Chemistry as one of the subjects.

Faculty

Since the college is in rural area, we don't expect the faculty members be as good as other colleges are. But still it's quite different and the teachers are very helpful. So it's isn't a big factor for us.

in the 6th semester the students are eligiblr for the campus placements and around 99.9% students get there spacment from this college and my plants after getting the degree work as a chef in a hotel for 6 to 10 years and after that i want to start my on multy cusin resturent

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teaching methods of marine faculties are excellent but in my course they add some additional subject like tamil and hindi which are useless and no neede for a mariner as the marine faculties are good in teaching and explaining but they also having difficulty in teaching as the requirements didn't meet from the college management

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.
