Admission for MBA Program

Those candidates who are working professionals or are willing to do their distance learning MBA can apply for admission in this University as this University is offering very good programs. Students also have to undergo a summer internship after 2 semesters

Known for its Good campus placements the university tries to bring the best Companies to provide placements to the deserving students. Some leading companies like Gail, Godrej & Boyce, HSBC Global Services ,GVK Bio-Tech, offer moderate to good packages. The average package is about 4-5 Laks per annum. MBA and civil Engineering students are very much in demand to get job through campus placements.

The 2 year MBA program comprises of 4 semesters and Fee structure comprises of Admission Fee, Program Fee, Caution Deposit (Refundable) of Rs.10,000/- which is has to be paid along with the first semester fee. Fees for Hostel Accomodation is somewhere around 12,000 per semester for 1st year excluding the mess Charges.

To enhance leadership qualities and ability to work in a high pressure environment and manage stress students are encouraged to take active part in co-curricular activities like Seminars, Industrial visits, Cultural meets, Skits and Plays, Debates and quizzes. Other facilities like a basketball court, Volleyball court are also there at the college.

The sprawling campus building is a self-sufficient enclave with black-topped, well-lit roads and manicured garden. Maintaining a clean environment is the top priority and hostel life is good and comfortable with free WiFi and a dining facility with capacity for 600 Boys and Girls.

One thing which every college student is scared about is ragging and ragging is not allowed in the college, infact the seniors are always helpful and very understanding and friendly. They are always ready to help with projects and seminars and preparing notes for exams and lending books.

A two year course with eligibility criteria being a Graduate in any discipline with minimum 45% marks . The SC, ST and OBC candidates have a 5% relaxation Students in the Final year of Graduation awaiting results can also apply. Candidates meeting this criteria then need to appear for the ‘ICFAI University Tripura Admission Test’ followed by GD / PI for their final selection. Those aspirants who have a valid scores of CAT / XAT / MAT / CMAT are exempted from appearing in the ‘ICFAI University Tripura Admission Test’.
