Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure was really good. It was a four-year full time UG degree course. The curriculum is set by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. My course had two mid-term examinations with one descriptive paper, one objective paper and one assignment.

Placement Experience

Job opportunity rate of my college was really high when i was studying, as it offered several internship drives and I got selected in it. Many companies visited our college like AMAZON, DELL, GOOGLE, KPMG, MICROSOFT etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I found the fee structure quite expensive at first as it was INR ?2.55 Lakhs which included the tuition and examination fees but later when i got admission and compared it with other colleges, I found it worth paying.

Campus Life

My college had many facilities like Sports, Library, computer labs etc to improve one's knowledge and motivate us in any field. It's main agenda of focusing on extracurricular activities was to keep high the self elevated standards of excellence.

Admission

I got Admission via Common entrance Test- EAMCET. Minority and non-minority communities are eligible for the admission with 30% seats for NRI students. Later, i found my name in the cutoff list for my course.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is really punctual, so that our syllabus could be covered on time. They provide us with good facilities and clear explanations. Weak students are paid more attention by the teachers.

Absolutely unsatisfied because of faculty and lack of placements.

Placement Experience:

Right Iam in 7 th semester ending,no company came to our college to recruit us.May be in 8 th sem companies will come.My seniors got in some companies like TCS, Infosys,Capgemini etc..with an average of 3.6 lpa.And all students did not get placed just 10 students in each class got placement.We need more placements to satisfy the students.

Placement Experience:

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

The placements here are good and the highest package for this year 2024 is around 54 lakhs and last year the Highest package is 42 lakhs offered by Amazon there are placements available for every branch and the average package is 9 lakhs

Placement Experience:

After the third year or 6th Semester you can take part in placements. There has been a lack of companies visiting this year. So far Infosys, accenture, cognizant, LSEG, Verisk have come for placements. The details are unknown to all the people but the highest package yet has been around 16-20 LPA. The Percentage of students getting placed is less compared to previous years around 20-30%

Comprehensive review of campus life at Shadan women's college of engineering and technology

I did not write any entrance exams. I took admission by paying the full fees of the college. The entrance exams students should get a seat and they should take admission through counselling. After counselling they can also go for epass scholarship. Candidates must have completed their Higher Secondary Education (10+2) with a minimum of 45% marks.
