Remarks

Only thing I didn't liked in my entire 4 years is getting permission or approvals. It is like a hell. They will make you put rounds after them intentionally fir the small signature

Curriculum is related to current industry standards that make you best professional. You will realise during interviews and it is well defined. Some subject you can opt for optional too. Based on your interest. The syllabus wil helps you in securing on campus placement.

Placement Experience

Placements are quite good as compared to other colleges in Chennai. Maximum MNC's will visit with the average package of 5LPA. Institution provide a lot of training to ensure you are placement ready.

College Events

Many cultural events takes place then and now. The best event is village ticket festival, cultural festival where you can see the actor or actress of different film industry. But there is a restriction in participating the few events. There also many technical event takes place.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's feasible. The mode of payment available are challan, cards, internet banking. Also you have to pay additional fees i.e per day 100 if you are not making a payment on time. You can also get the permission for extending payment incase unable to pay on time

Fees and Financial Aid

You can also opt for education loan of any bank. Otherwise if you are in the top list of entrance test you are eligible to get scholarship. If you are in top 3 in department wise then also you are eligible to get concession.

Campus Life

Maintain the gender ratio but still 3 : 1 ratio. Lots of workshop takes place and if you want to get in you should pay an registration fee. There are no politics, religion difference and sexual orientation. There are no students parties too. If you are abused you can directly report to student cell.

Hostel Facilities

Yes. It is good with all options. You having WiFi access too. Rooms are not bad but the only problem is water is soo salty. Better not to opt for hostel instead you can find a lot of paying guest accommodation.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

There is not much interaction with the seniors. But once in a while we used to have some interaction during events and any other occasions.

Admission

There are several rounds to get into. First they will be a test contains multiple choice questions with relevant to 12 th standard. If you were cleared, they will call you for further rounds called councelling where you need to decide the group you are interested. I have taken computer science because that is my passion.

Faculty

The lectures are very talented and holding good knowledge. They help you a lot and also very strict towards your behaviour. Deliver the good knowledge in every aspect of decision taking. During the time of placements they will help you a lot. Some of the staff are from IT background

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

Placement Experience:

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.

This is the best college overall

I chose this college over others because it has a level of strictness which is good. If a college is not strict, then students will not feel the pressure to work hard. especially for my specialization students, they are providing air conditioned classrooms and a personal computer for each student.
