Remarks

I had a great experience in my college. I had good faculty with good experience and knowledge in their field. I work in good labs, participated in many activities. I attended many seminars. I got knowledge and degree from that college. Overall my experience was good but the negative points about my college was location. Due to location public transport problem was the main problem.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

My stream was mechanical engineering, so the course was about machine and automobile and it was good. I learnt about engine and other automobile parts. I learnt how to design mechanical parts in auto cad in 2d, 3d and other design softwares. Labs was also good fully equipped labs. Automobile lab, fluid mechanics lab, engineer mechanics lab, som lab and many other labs were great. And about exams, exams were on half yearly basis. In every six months exams were conducted in the last of every session.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placements programs were conducted in college in seventh semester and many companies came. MNCs like JCB, MARUTI, ESCORTS and local companies like surya enterprises, Marshall automotive industry, and others. I got placement in Marshall automotive industry and got 25000 per month stipend. And it was a great experience for me in industry.

College Events

4.5

Welcome program, sports day program, cultural events and activities, technical seminars, PDP classes and other small level activities like company tour, gaming and robot fighting, bridge making etc activities. Sports day program and seminars were the state level and welcome and pdp classes on the college level. And other activities were on your choice.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee Structure include University fee, building fee, library fee, labs fee and exam fee. University fee was approx 55000, building fee was 25000, library fee was about 5000 and exam fee was approx 5000 and this fee was yearly basis.

Fees and Financial Aid

About scholarship, my friend got a scholarship and he paid only 32000 per annum. He got scholarship by passing a test. The scholarship was only for the students who could not afford their University fee. And my college didn't provide any loan facility. But they could help you to get education load from banks.

Campus Life

5

Gender ratio was about 800 girls on every 1000 boys. We also attend workshop in first and second year of my college. Mehndi competition, robot making workshops, bridge making activities, engine parts dissemble, and other many activities were held. Students were from different parts of state and even different parts of country. Students were of different religions and economic status.

Hostel Facilities

3

No hostel, no PG because it was near my house. I used public transport to go to College. But one of my friend opted for hostel. He told me about hostel. Rooms were in sharing. The hostel fee was 50000 per annum. Facilities provided were basic.

Alumni/Alumna

From first day I got help from seniors. They helped me in admission process. They gave college tour to all the students. They helped me in my studies too. They helped me not as senior but as friends.

Admission

The admission was on the basis of merit list and then interview. Most important was the interview. They asked about my knowledge, like what I had learnt in school about my previous classes and some questions about physics chemistry and other subjects. Then after interview, they called me next day for document verification and ofcourse for University fee. Then I got admitted in college. It was a good experience for me.

Faculty

5

My opinion about my faculty is that faculty was well educated and experienced. Every teacher had atleast master degree in their field and most of them had PhD degree. Every faculty had well experience about their field of knowledge. Some teachers were from IIT Universities which are well known in india.
