Remarks

Not so competent teachers. Lack of instruments in labs. Admin doesnt know anything on how to run a college. It is cheaper in terms of fees. University thourough which it is accredited is good but college staff makes it a worst one.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

Bluntly, To be true i would say it is below than an average college. Not so experienced teaching staff. No good labs at all. Course Structure is determined by the UNI. You just have to follow the course Structure set by University for each different programs. Course Structure is very good though and informative one but the point is college doesn't have proper facilities to impart the program knowledge to the students at the fullest.

Placement Experience

0.5

There was a placement cell just for the formalities. Students have to search for a job by themselves after graduation. Internship was not a part of curriculum set by University so no internship. Summer training were introduced in place of internships, this is something like adding skill in the resume make yourself job ready even before you graduate.

College Events

1.5

Esprenzzaa annual cultural event. Its a 2 day long event. Always failed to woo the students. Participation was average. Apart from that there were annual sports fest too with great number of participation usually tend to last about 4 days.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee for the bachelor in technology programm was feasible somewhat around the 60000 per annum (an average). For other programs like management and pharmaceutical program it was less than this average.

Fees and Financial Aid

Normally, scholarship were practically available to everyone based on the percentage they got in the 12th class exams. Apart from this one can directly apply for bursaries based on different baese like family's economic conditions etc.

Campus Life

1.5

As far as extracurricular activities sre concerned and i remember them, at my time there were enough activities to participate and to keep ourselves busy and learning more. There were enough sports facilities thouroughout the year. Many tech quizes and Olympiad. Branch specific academic competition. Inra branch academic competitions. One or two cultural events. There were so many workshops round the year by so many entrepreneurs and start ups. Coming to gender ratios, it was always low on a scale because of the less number of female students in the program. Infact the whole college's gender ratio was low.

Hostel Facilities

2

I was a day scholar. Still the hostel facilities were like a nightmare as i heard from many of my friends. Apart from this hostel was also accomodating some foreign students too. Hostel Mess was really a mess as far as i can recall my friend's talks.

Alumni/Alumna

No not at all. They will forget about you like you were never there. No updates from college on anything literally not on a single thing whether it is academic one or non academic. No presence on social network. You are there to earn degree, so earn it and go in the market and find a job by yourself.

Admission

Admission process is simple. Just appear in the college with your recent academic papers and obtain the seat in the desired program. You will get some amount of scholarship depending on the percentage of marks in 12th class.

Faculty

2

I would rate teachers of different subjects as moderate one, some were much better though. Like micro electronics and DSP. But in am average it was just a mediocre range on any scale. The lack of lab equipment was also a loss to students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I am very fond of computers and mobile devices since my childhood and want to learn the work behind these smart gadgets. Overall faculty students ratio is good it is approximately 1:40. Most of the teachers are M.tech qualified from prestigious universities like Jamia and Aligarh and some PhD holders as well. As far as teaching is concerned, the overall methodology is good and don't expect some game changing scenarios. Most of the time, term exams happen in timely manner. Due to covid there was some sort of irregularities but now it is all good right now. Passing exams is not that much challenging if you have basic understanding of concepts and ability to apply them. Most of questions comes from previous year papers.
