My college which feels like a school

College has no fredom and it is not possible for as to leave the College and that requires big procedures and hence college is just like a jail and don't respect the freedom of students nor support the ideology of students.

The overall curriculum is free and it is not tightly scheduled but the course is bit difficult even though classes are free and not strict schedule but the exams are so difficult hence we have to refer and learn things and this takes time so it is urgent to stay up to date with studies.exams eventhough not frequent but when it comes it is a headache

College don't offe any kind of placement and has almost zero job opportunity and no big campus placement arrives at our college and no internship is there in our college.and as there is no big internship there is zero work experience.

Even though there are lots of events happening in college but no big standard occurs when compared to other colleges.the programs in colleges are student headed and mangment offers no support for that most of the event in colleges are for name sake and no big participation occurs

As it is aided course there is big matter of fees and has nominal like usual colleges in the university and is aided and hence fees is feasible for our course but for self finance courses they have to pay a fixed amount fixed by the College.

College offers no scholarship and but there other government offered scholarship whichbis as usual like other colleges.and there is no loans offered or available for the course and no scholarship are offered by college

Extra curricular activities are for name sake and College offers no support for that.it is student oriented and has no support from college side and and only sport supported by our college is yoga and College don't support any other sports.

Eventhough i has no big connection with alumni as alumni network is not that prominent and but there are many successful students who had good career and seniors are supportive and friendly and helps us

After my 12th i had registered for applying for allotment in university of Kannur and as part of registration i had to pay an amount of about 200 to university through sbi net banking. after that i was to login into my profile and gave the allotment according to my preference of colleges and in the final allotment i got seat for my course and then i had to pay another amount to the university and i got admitted in mary matha college.

Faculty of the College is so poor and it is dependent on department some department have better one. The College teaching faculty is ok but has no other faculties for learning.it is a small campus and college authorities are more concerned about the plantation in college rather than about college
