Remarks

It's a Math-based College, it defers from other Colleges. It is purely run by Shri Mata amritanandamayi. So we have made our mind not to compare with other Colleges. It's good if we compare the inter-amrita campus but it's bad if you compare with some other Colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Fine, Course Curriculum is designed in a way that we get overall exposure to everything regarding the course opted. We have internals which carries 50 marks and end semester exams which carry 50 marks. We have 3 quizzes ( 10 marks each), and 2 periodical Tests (50 marks each) in a semester to consider Internals and 100 marks exams to consider Externals.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placements are going on well right now, we have almost 68% of the students got placed. Core companies like Robert Bosh, Mercedes, etc do often come to our College to make a decent placement for the students, moreover, internships do happen in the College, but any information regarding the internship is not known.

College Events

4.5

We generally don't have interCollege events, any events which happen only happens in the College. We have kalakriti and freshers welcome event by seniors every odd semester and Kalanjali a senior goodbye event by juniors every even semester. We have events like Anoka it is a tech-fest where inter-amrita students can come and participate.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's a little expensive when compared to the facilities provided by the University. 270000\- is the tuition fee and 81000\- is the hostel fee. We also have to pay rupees 10000 as a caution deposit (this is refundable).

Fees and Financial Aid

We can prevail loan facilities in the College. We have a dedicated bank in the College for all student purposes. ATM's running 24/7 and I have no idea regarding scholarships, but scholarships are given based on the AEEE rank.

Campus Life

3.5

We have around 50 clubs (both Technical and Cultural). We have almost 30 labs and 10 only research labs. We have a dedicated physical department for sports and College represents sports like Hockey, Cricket, Football, Hand Ball, Throw Ball, Volley Ball, Gym team, Swimming.

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostel facilities are very medium, we have 4 people per room, 2 almirahs for 4 people, 4 chairs and 2 tables. The room size looks decent. We have been in silence after 6:30. No food is allowed from outside campus. We can go out if we wanted 3:30 to 6:30 PM.

Alumni/Alumna

We have no contact with alumni, seniors once or twice visit College, College carries some good performing senior details in order to contact them for better and clear advertising activities rather than that we don't have any alumni meet as such.

Admission

We have to write an entrance exam (AEEE). Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination. Once the examination is done and you have qualified JEE-MAINS, you are eligible to be a part of the institute. Once you become eligible you can come to College on the prescribed day to choose the available courses for B.Tech.

Faculty

4.5

We have 68% of the faculty with Ph.D. That gives us a good reach to the field of research. For some subjects, we have dedicated lavs where teachings and practical knowledge on the subjects develop parallel.

Placement Experience:

The college provides four tracks for students: the placement track, higher studies track, entrepreneur track and the government exam track. Students can opt for any one track during their third year of study. The campus placements starts from the mid of third year. Mnc's like Accenture, cognizant visited our company the ratio is also good. Lot of startup's and core companies have also hired students.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from 5 th semester ,however they are not allowed to join companies before completing the current course. Many companies have visited like(CTS, Accenture, Soti, cart rabbit , course 5i and many more) in my batch out of 800+ students around 200 - 250 got placed . The highest pacakge is 13.5 LPA and the average package is around 4.5 LPA - 6LPA. College say its 100 percent placement but nowadays its not true because about 20-25 percent students are bot placed because of skill issues. My plan is to get placed in a good company and save some decent amount and start trading.
