About my experience with Knowledge Business School Salem

Overall I had a very good college experience, This college shaped me well, where I can now able to become a successful HR in the corporate.

Our classroom and the quality of education is through digital, where we have a projector in our classroom and we will provide all the details like notes through email and we had classes taken by Visiting faculties as well from the top industries. And every week we have a session called ("CEO of the week") where people from top industries will visit and they will let us know about the market standards and about the corporate world. We were given training related to Placement from the first week of the college

KVB Purvanakara Axis Bank We were given good training on the campus from the first week of our college start date. In a day our post-lunch classes will be fully related to placement training.

Our batch was the first who launched the symposium culture in Our Campus, We had two events one is for the engineering and the management and the other is for the art students and till now the events are continuing and it is becoming more popular as well.

My program structure is a dual course (HR and Finance), Our fees structure was very good, they never charged any extra fees, In our fees itself it covered for dress and books. we had a transparency to pay the fees in two splits. They accepted the payment both by cash and card mode.

Yes, the college offer scholarship opportunities to students, and also they had certain criteria's for education loan. But I didn't Opt for any such things.

Our campus life was good and the majority were boys in my batch whereas the diversity ratio was less in my batch. We had a good lab and sports, Every year they use to conduct sports day and Annual day. We were given opportunities to participate in outside college events.

Every year we have the Alumni meets going on. where we will discuss our growth and we use to have a good bond with our Seniors. Those meeting helps us to know each other and also it helps us in our career growth as well

I was a hosteler from my 11th standard and I wanted to do my Postgraduate in my native, hence I did a small research about the colleges in my native (Salem) and found that Knowledge Business School Salem was my first choice and then I visited the college and had an interaction with the Director, After the discussion, I decided to join there based on the commitment they provided me about the academics and the placement.

The majority of our faculties are PhD graduates and they were so down to earth and they use to guide us in all aspects like presenting papers in other colleges and participating in other events that happened outside of our campus. Also, they use to relate our academics with the organization practices which we felt useful now after joining and working in Companies.
