The mentor program, where each faculty will be assigned as a mentor to one student, bridges the gap between students and faculties and helps in grooming the students for the next phase of life. The college management is taking all those steps to support and enrich students. I have enjoyed and learned a lot during my college days.

Since this college comes under Anna University, they followed the same curriculum recommended by University. But apart from those things, they have provided additional facilities to groom students to become entrepreneurs. They have special programs to prepare students to get campus placements in well-renowned companies.

More than 90% of the students opted and eligible for placements are got placed at the end of the course. College is having a special roadmap to prepare students those who are opted for placements. Even after passing out, the college is communicating all the alumni's if there are any opportunities.

Every year there will be 3 management festivals. All the events will be organized by students supported by faculties. These events help the students to showcase their leadership skills. Students from all over the state are invited to participate in the management festivals. There are different type of management events for students who are pursuing their UG and students from Management course.

The college will provide transparency in the fee-breakdown. The fees can be paid through cash or DD or Cheque. Apart from the annual / semester fees, there will not be any additional fees or charges that ha to be paid for admission. Even throughout the 2-year course there will not be any additional charges need to be paid.

Students can avail education loan if needed. The college will provide the support needed to avail the educational loan. Students who are eligible to avail scholarships can get it with the help of college management.

On the personal front, campus life is very good, with faculties who treat students as like their friends. There will be yearly sport events and cultural events, where we witness lots of hidden talents. The college will give a lot opportunities to students to showcase their talents and the management support in enriching those talents.

During the course, alumina's are invited to share their experience and to guide the students, through this platform the senior-junior interaction is made to the next level.

Doing an MBA(HR) was always in my plan while doing my UG. Considering the previous year's placement record and facilities provided by the college, I have selected Knowledge Business School. The main factor that made me choose the college is, the visiting faculties from various industrial sectors.

The faculty pool is the core strength of the college, were many of them are having industry experience. Core concepts and subjects are handled by visiting faculties from various industrial sectors, where they are one of the leading experts in their field.
