Course Curriculum Overview

It is a 2-year duration course. The course curriculum of our college was rigorous and I opted for Human Resource Management as my specialized area. Our exams were conducted at the end of every semester.

Placement Experience

The placement cell provides 100% assistance, they guide the graduating students and around 70% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered was Rs.12 LPA and the average was around 5 LPA. Internships were also provided with a stipend of around Rs.15 K per month.

Fees and Financial Aid

A merit-based type of scholarship was provided for the students who have scored outstanding marks in graduation. They also provide education loan facilities for the students as they have tie-ups with several banks. Our college also offers installment policy in paying the fees.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities like Parichay- freshers parties, Yachirap-graduation, Cranium- management fest, Khel Utsav- sports events, ethnic day, mental health fest, national conference, national conclave, etc, and more events were organized in our college.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni and the seniors in our college were very helpful for us. They motivate and inspire us to become successful alumni or to become responsible seniors to lead our juniors as well. They were very supportive of us.

Admission

I took the NMAT entrance exam and I have a valid mark score of 78%. So, I was exempted from taking the Jain Entrance Exam (JET). And, I applied online and then, I attended the Group Discussion and for the last process, I went through an interview.

Faculty

The professors of our particular department were very close and interactive with us. They were very active and since they were interactive with us, we can ask them our doubts and queries freely without hesitation.

Placement Experience:

In 3rd semester is when you will be eligible for placements or internships. Therr are different companies that take initiative to come for hiring and for MBA the highest pacage was 9LPA which keeps increasing every year and the college also put alot of effort to make sure all the students gets placements. And the average package is 6 to 7 LPA and there are alomst 75% of students who get placements on how well you perform and they will also give you various training tha are given to every student which helps then in interviews and to get placed and ther is TYL program which is Tie you laces that comes with aptitude and verbal training which is important for and placements or job. And my plan is to get a good job in the most reputable company

Pgdm At JAGsom - My Honest Take

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester, We have our internship as IIP. The companies coming are namely, Blackrock, Oxane, Zepto, Informatica and more. The placements are going well for Marketing and Finance. The Highest package is 50lpa and median is 10lpa. But if you stay in top 10-20% in your batch you can get, 13-14lpa. The profiles offered are of management trainee, financial analyst, data analyst, etc. Around 60-70% of the batch gets placed, but cracking interviews for placements is in student's hand.

My brief experience as a MBA student at IZee Business School, Bangalore

Placement Experience:

From third semester itself students are eligible for campus placements. College itself provides internships for students also helping them to cop up with their studies. Companies visited are, Cafe Coffee Day, Cothas coffee, Infosys, Biocon, HCL tech. Highest package they provided is 14 Lakhs and average is 6.5 lakhs. 90% students get placed, 5% students have their own family business and other 5% students start their own business. My plan after getting my degree is to get into one of BIG FIVEs, earn money, build connections for atleast a decade and than start my own business.

My Journey at CMS Business School JAIN Deemed- to-be University

The admission process is of total 4 rounds. (JET process Jain Enterance Test) 1. JET online it is a apptitude questions of 110 questions 2. After clearning the 1st round of apptitude we had a ESAY writiing in 2nd round with a given time of 30mins where they give you almost 100 topics and you need to choose one and write esay on it, this round is Offline 3. After easy writing we have presentation where we need to present on a topic given by the college again around 100 topics and you need to choose 1 topics and present it for 8mins 4.
