Remarks
I had a great time at my college. Being an all-girls college, it was a secure space for us. Though the campus did lack cultural diversity, it was easier to communicate. Social life was decent and the campus was ragging free. Events and fests featured a cultural performance from the students including handi fod competition, kathak, and other cultural dance performance and much more.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was customized specifically for the HR profile. For the first two semesters, we studied general MBA subjects like economics, finance, and operations, organizational behavior. From the third semester onwards, we studied human resource management and related subjects since it was my specialization.
Placement Experience
We have a dedicated placement cell in our college and the placements were pretty great in our college. Students managed to secure 25k to 40k per month on an average, which was pretty decent for an entry-level job. Companies like Siemens, Ajanta Pharma, Varroc, Wipro, etc. were some of the main recruiters.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I paid INR 83k for one year and my total course fee was 1.66 Lacs which was pretty affordable for me. Our college has pretty great return on investment for the program, which means at such a nominal prices the packages offered to the students are pretty great.
Alumni/Alumna
Our seniors were very helpful and supportive. They helped us in different situations, especially with the exam notes. Alumni association was also pretty strong in our institute. Many of the alumni would visit for the annual alumni meet called Shreeyash and interact with the students. I shared a profound bond with some of my seniors.
Admission
I applied at the college with my MAT exam scores. Students need to have a minimum of 60% aggregate in graduation. Shortlisted students are invited to the counseling process in order to allocate seats for the master's program. The entire administration was very supportive throughout the admission process.
Faculty
All of our faculty members were very much qualified. They explained topics with a thorough explanation and were pretty keen on resolving issues. We learned a lot from them and in a genuine sense they inspired us and I am pretty thankful to them.
