Academics at its Best

There are no negative remarks as such. But yes, the organization was nice until students behave in manner they should be behaving. There was no tolerance for indiscipline in the university. At the end, I would say, if you are thinking to opt this university, you won't regret your decision at later stage.

At our time, it was mandatory to maintain a certain percentage of attendance failing which, students were not allotted their admit cards for end semester exams. Thus, classes were conducted regularly and both students and teachers used to be on time.

Our university keeps on organizing many cultural and technical activities so that boredom is never in surroundings. Technorazz, technical and cultural fest organized by the university is the most awaited event of the university. Almost 10,000 students from nearly 100 institutions participate in it.

We had to pay nearly INR 2,50,00 every year for MBA course which was a bit too much for those belonging to middle-class family. This fee is only tuition fee. Hostel charges and other charges were deducted separately.

The university had tie-ups with PNB (Punjab National Bank) to provide financial assistance to the students who couldn't afford the fee. There are a numerous loan facilities for students that they can avail. Apart from this, the university also offers scholarships to meritorious students and to wards of defense personnel.

Admission to MBA is done on the basis of marks obtained in either of CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT exams. If one has not appeared in any of the previous mentioned exams then, he/she will have to appear in an Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the university itself.

Faculty has always been enthusiastic and supportive towards students. They helped in enhancing overall personality of students both externally and as a human. As it is difficult to pay attention on students individually, they still tried doing the best for them and encouraged us to do better in our lives.
