Remarks

Most people have to sit down and decide whether college is worth wilde for them. Attending college can have many positive and negative effects. A few negative effects are debt, partying, sexual assault, missing family and friends, and stress. Positive effects are he/she gets a degree, makes new friends, becomes more diverse, most likely gets a good job after graduating, and helps he/she to become more independant and grow as an individual.

Not so great placements in the field I've opted for but yes there are some good placements in food tech and Computer Science from last year's batch. The highest salary of all time in JNU was like 20lac/m that guy got selected in Amazon. And average placement salary of a B. Tech student is like 3lac/m.

College Events

4.5

Anyone can make a short movie with the user-friendly digital tools at our disposal today, and college students love their newfound freedom to stay up all hours of the night. Give them the opportunity to create something awesome with that time. Come up with a list of themes and some basic ground rules on length and subject matter. Themes get handed out based on a lottery, and teams have 24 or 48 hours to complete their film. Pick a day to showcase entries in a theater setting, complete with snacks and awards

Fees and Financial Aid

college scholarships target incoming freshmen and undergraduates, so the sooner you start searching for awards and applying for them, the better. If you are a high school student, adding scholarship applications to your list of things to do alongside college applications and standardized tests is extremely important. Undergraduates that have received generous scholarships to pay for their freshman year should continue their hard work and good academic standing throughout college, because many scholarships must be renewed and are open to upper classmen as well.

Faculty

I experienced a great teacher-student interaction in this college. Mentors do their job pretty well. Most of the faculty members are very polite and generous to all the students. They try to help the students in each and every way they can (Not biased), it is all true. I felt like this is the most amazing group of teachers I've ever had.

Placement Experience:

•In our college, students become eligible for campus placement and interview from the fourth to fifth semester. • I have a hotel management course, but not in companies, but in hotels, restaurants, resorts and here I get admission in the best 5 and 7 star hotels in both India and abroad. •If I talk about percentage, then out of every 10 children, 7-8 get campus placement. •My plans after getting a degree are some new startups but before that I need some experience so I will choose campus placement .

Placement Experience:

The college provides 100% Placement Assistance to any desired hotel or property. It has its own 14 ventures where it can place the graduates. All ventures are 5-star properties. We are allowed to go for training in the 3rd year either 5th or 6th semester. Throughout the course, DSHM makes us eligible to qualify for interviews. We have been taken to Showgrounds of various 5-star properties like Marriot, Hilton, The Chomu Palace, etc. Approximately 3-5 lakhs p.a packages are given to the students and students pursuing their career abroad get even more high packages. Almost 100 per cent of students get the placement depending on their abilities to qualify for interviews. My plans after getting the degree are to try abroad as we get more opportunities and simply say more money is in abroad. Hospitality is the vastest and fastest-growing industry.
