Remarks

As we know every aspect has a good thing and bad thing as well so I wouldn't say that our college hadn't the negative point, it did have, after 2nd year the management of the college was so bad in 3rd year there was no freshers party happened and faculty problem had been there as well.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum was good but not the best, but yes there's one thing for sure they used to conduct a lot of tests and all which used to help us a lot. Exam structure was divided into many parts like there was test getting held every week and then 2 mid terms which has to be followed and before final exam there was pre-board as well which hasn't been done by many colleges.

Placement Experience

1.5

Honestly, the placements were 0. In the 4th year, only one company visited our college that too was a startup company they were selecting almost every1 then and there I decided how good company it is. We had to try off-campus. As far as internship is concerned, there were no facilities like this we had to go to some other institute to get interned and all.

College Events

4.5

This is something our college was good at. In our college, there were plenty of events that used to happen, and the craziest even used to be HOSTEL NIGHT. We used to have a lot of fun and take part in the dance drama. And not to forget our fresher's party fun, will never forget it.

Fee Structure And Facilities

No fee structure was not expensive it was quite moderate. We were paying 30000 for a sem. There were many colleges where a fee was so expensive that I couldn't afford it. Inquired a lot of colleges which I decided not to go to because of the fee structure as I belong to a middle-class family.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, I didn't avail of anything like a loan but my roommate had taken an education loan which was allowed in our college and as far as scholarship is concerned, it wasn't there because no reason I tried asking them about it they told me nope.

Campus Life

5

These things like extracurricular activities, labs, sports were awesome. Extracurricular activities like treasure hunts, singing, quiz used to happen which used to boost our confidence. Labs were good till 2nd year after that we were doing shit like anything. Sports like cricket, football, volleyball, and many Indoor sports used to happen.

Hostel Facilities

2

Yes, I had opted for a hostel and the 4years of the hostel is unmatchable. This has taught me a lot. Infrastructure was 7 out of 10 I would rate. Facilities were good for 1 year only after that food was like hell man I can't even describe.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors were soo good they uses to help us a lot. I still remember when I was fresher our super senior was so helpful they used to tell us anything you need nock on our door we are there for you till the time we are here.

Admission

I was looking for a college after 12th and one day I got a message of this BMIT college on my phone and then I visited the college and I liked it. I got to know all the fee structures in detail and then I decided to take admission.

Faculty

3

I'll be honest here, the faculty was best till the time the 3rd sem finished and after that lot of teachers came and went but they weren't up to mark. We had to study a lot of stuff by ourselves. In 1st year there were a lot of ace teachers who helped us a lot and they were guiding us really well. I still remember there was one teacher who used to continue his class even after lunch bell has rung.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for summer internship (after 3rd year) from start of 3rd year (5th sem) and for the placements, companies come to the college from 7th semester onwards. Companies like jo Morgan, Deloitte, Flipkart, goldman sachs , PepsiCo ,oracle, bny ,ubs , rippling etc come here for placements, some of them come for 2months and 6months internship too. Average package offered by them is 9-10 lpa , jpmc , Goldman, visa they offer till 12 lpa and it can go up for some of the companies . Most of the companies allow to sit for 6.5cgpa and above but some of them allows 7.5 and above cgpa and jpmc allows 8.5cgpa and plus as far I know till now . I am currently looking forward to work in a company and get a placement.

Reviewed on Mar 2, 2025(Enrolled 2025)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is vast and allows a student to explore all the possible options to take before deciding on one . The field of elctronics and communication engineering allows one to deal with electronics and learn all the possible tinkering with them which is a very fascinating part as all the gadgets possible today were made of them. The curriculum does satisfy this thirst by teaching about them in the class of electronics and electricals and then experimenting in the lab with them . The areas for improvement could be that if a student is interested in a specific field then should be allowed to venture that field throughly instead of sitting in every class , but that is an imrovement for the indian education system as as whole . The classes of every subject does occur frequently and and exams take place every month in a form of quiz or proper pen based exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like computer science and I can see my future in this course. The current ratio in computer science courses is around 1:5. And we don't have technical communication teaching at present and the college is saying that they will recruit teachers as soon as possible. The student-teacher ratio in all the branches is around 1:3. All facilities are well qualified and teach well but they are not permanent and hence they may or may not be changed next year. There are two semesters in each year and an examination is conducted after each semester. The difficulty level of these exams ranges from moderate to difficult.
