Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of my college was a detailed syllabus with all theory books and computerized classes. And the medium was English and it was very important for me that the classes are fully conducted in English. Cause I don't understand Malayalam or Hindi that well.

Placement Experience

The placement provided by our college was overall good. The placement cell from my college was very active and provided a lot of placement opportunities by inviting familiar companies like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, etc. Our college has an average percentage of 30% and above rate in placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is quite feasible. There are four semesters and we were charged only INR 16000 per semesters. But maybe in the first year, there were some additional charges. On the whole, it sums up to 1.82 Lakhs for the MBA course of 2 years.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college provides scholarships for students who had financial issues with their parent's income and the students with good grades and have high skills. But they should pass the scholarship exam. Besides, our college provides students loan.

Hostel Facilities

I opt for the Hostel and yes the facilities offered by the college was very good. My hostel was awesome by the way. The rooms of the hostel were perfect, it had all the bathroom attached and also which must be mentioned is that the hostel fee was very cheap.

Admission

My admission was done on the basis of entrance mode. I took the CAT exam and scored 76%. So I was eligible for the admission. Oh! I almost forgot I filled out the application form online from the official website of the Calicut University and then my application was shortlisted.

Faculty

The faculty of my college are very cool and chill, especially the faculties from my department. They are very interactive with the students and communicate with the students. They helped me a lot while I was studying for my MBA course.

Is XIME kochi worth joining to pursue PGDM?

Placement Experience:

Good Placement actually depends upon the students only. The crowd inside the college should be highly capable and enthusiastic for learning. The problem at XIME is not the placement but the crowd and quality of students. The college have proper placements process. Centralized placements across the three campuses are followed. Although students need to pass certain criteria to sit in the placements such as maintaining a particular GPA.

Great College with Best ROI

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester onwards, i.e. in November the placement process starts. The eligibility criteria for placements is to get at least 4.8 CGPA out of 8 CGPA. Approximately 60 or more companies have visited our campus until now and more than 85% of people have been placed. (As of 3rd February 2022) The highest package until now is around 14 Lakh per annum and the average package per company is around 8 Lakh per annum. (As of 3rd February, 2022) We have a target of 100% placements until April 2022. I have already been placed, so, my plan is to do well in the job I got into, and I'm very happy about it.

Remarks:

DCSMAT main are there clubs and activities the main function they conduct is luminance which improves the students to showcase their talent in front of all the people. Negatives are the climate in Vagamon is very cold and rainy.
