Education is Experience

As i said, Education is an Experience. It can be positive or negative but is definitely an experience. thankfully, there wasnt much of negative experiences for me and everything happened has made me to be a better person.

Curriculum needs to be updated to match current competative environment. The exam is by the MG University. Internal mark is of 40 marks of which 20 for exams, another 20 or attendance, class perfomance and presentation.external is of 60 marks.now pattern has changed for 2019-21 batch

College has a business park within the college. Its named the JB Hub. Students willing to work can work over there and have a decent earning depending on the caliber of the student. i have earned decent stipend along with good connections.

Smart India Hackathon A national level Hackathon was conducted in the college and it was a great experience Lakshya A general job fair conducted in association with a consultancy and had no registration fees.

for MBA, fees is nearly 3 lakhs and seems pretty decent in ernakulam. it includes a free international industrial visit. The fees structure seems to be feasible for the students. Ler semester fees is around Rs 67500.

I dont know much about it but the college supports various scholarships and also provides discount in fees for the students who are eligible for the fees concession. The scholarship procedure is simple.

Extracurricular activities include SAP Coaching, PSC Coaching, Aviation and Logistics certificate courses within the college campus open to others from outside the college also. Sports meet is also conducted every year.

I haven't opted hostel but the hostel fscilities are pretty decent. there are seperate hostel available for boys and girls. Each hostel have there own programs and events for the students. Hostel food is also provided.

yes,we have a great alumi and they are happy to help us in any case we ask them. Its a great pleasure meeting them and to work with them in the college. Alumni meetings are being planned to encourage more activities.

There was an interview with the HOD of the college as well as Director. I had to qualify the KMAT entrance exam. being from science background, my degree percentage should have been more than 60 percentage. other admission procedures were simple.

Inexperienced faculty was an issue we had as there was restructuring of department. Now it seems fine and the gao has been bridged. Now there are few experienced faculties in the college and is a good scenario.
