Course Curriculum Overview

My course of btech in this college has been really good specially because of good teaching wonderful friends and much more There are internals lab assignments practicals and semester examinations. It's quiet a hectic day if you don't plan your day well.

Placement Experience

The placement cell of the college is very good and works tirelessly to get the students placed.Companies like TVS RUBBER, COGNIZANT,BAJAJ ALLIANCE HCL AND AMAZON visit the college for recruitment. The college has responded really when it comes to placement.

College Events

there are many events celebrated in the college like the independence day republic day annual sports cultural fest and activities and much more there is lot to explore in this college and I hope you will have a good college life here

Hostel Facilities

The college has good separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The rooms are airy and spacious and have attach bathroom.The mess facilities are also good and food are available at an average rate.

Admission

I got admission into this college through the joint entrance examination.The form fillup counselling and examination are all done in online mode. You can also get admission through the management quota where you have to pay a slightly higher fees.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is average some of them are really good well some of them at par but then you need to depend upon the class notes of different class YouTube and other sources. Don't mess with them as the internal marks are in their hands

Time and Future

Placement Experience:

Placements starts from the 7th semester.companies Like tcs,wipro,zoho,infosys vist. The highest packages is 24lap,average 3lpa and around 85%of student get placed. I plan to start my career in IT and gain experience.

Life At KCT

Placement Experience:

There are companies but the companies that were told that the good ones, they didn't come so much.. only a few companies that gave a package above 5 lakhs came in for my department.. the rest of them were either 4 lakh package or below it was not very good. even the 1 or 2 good companies that came tehy came for electrical.

Why SRM is better than other collages.

Placement Experience:

So from 6-7th semester they offers placements before that we have placement training in campus.So highest package for 2024 was 45 to 50 lpa,good offer given by amazon and other company also.So the average package is 7.5 lpa and highest package was 50 lpa.so 925 application are accepted in last 2 monts .My plans to get job and then after 2 years may be for higher study or startups.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of each course is different and it is followed by the guidance of Anna university, we have several topics and it is under the regulation of 2021 respectively, I feel this easier to learn and there comes an opportunity to do what we learn in theory hour in our laboratory hour it will make more connected to our course, but there is lagging factor that is we are far away from the modern world and we need to put effort to compete with. The exams are not difficult and the frequency of the exam is quite manageable.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.

Worst college experience in my life.

As a past pupil from that college I only have bad remarks because we face all the worst experience throughout the date when we joined till the date we passed out from there. I never ever recommend this college to any of my friends, relatives, neighbors etc also not even to my enemies.
