Placement Experience
Its compulsory for the students to do 6 internships in 3 years ie 2 internships per year. The college also helps the students find internships and the students also apply for off campus internships which may be with or without stipend. Campus placements are pretty good. Almost 70% of the students get placed with average package of 4 lakhs per annum.
College Events
Various events keep happening in the college round the year. Festivalsike holi, diwali, makar sankranti are celebrated with great pomp and show. The annual college fest is a must see. Other events like freshers, farewell and talks and workshops by famous lawyers are also observed.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite feasible and affordable. The fees per annum is Rs 20054 per annum. Other fees like library charges, ID card etc add up to Rs 1000 per annum. The admission form costs Rs 800.
Campus Life
Various activities like sports fest which includes football, basketball, badminton, cricket is conducted once a year. Other inter college matches and friendly matches are also held. The sports fest brings in great enthusiasm to the students and is conducted with great pomp and show.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel rooms are okayish. Not that good but habitable. There are options for 2 room sharing and 3 room sharing. The rooms are not that big. So its bette to opt for 2 room sharing. The mess food is okay, not that good. There are also food corners in the campus which are affordable and provide pretty good food.
Alumni/Alumna
There is no alumni network or association as such but the seniors of the college are white helpful,cooperative and friendly. They are very down to earth and help the juniors in all aspects from books to exam patter and how to attempt an answer. There is no ragging in the college as the seniors are very respectful and friendly.
Admission
I filled up the application for BILAT ie Bihar institute of law admission test. The exam was conducted in the last week of may. The mode of the exam was offline. The result was out by first week of June. The eligibility for seeking admission was a minimum of 40% in the entrance test. The admission was done purely on the basis of performance and according to the merit list. A cutoff was taken out and I got qualified and got an admission letter and went ahead to seek admission by completing the procedures.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is pretty good. Almost all the teachers are from NLU's with alot of experience. They clear the doubts of the students from the roots and also tell us about various famous cases and their historic verdicts. They try to make the students bold enough to fight cases in the future.
