I got this college on counseling. I have chosen this college just because its dedication and infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview

At the beginning its hard. Later I got used to it. Course curriculum is goood.

Internships Opportunities

I had internship in Infosys spark IT foundation. They gave a stipend of 15k per month.

Placement Experience

You will have more opportunities in this college than others. The point is you have to use it wisely when you get opportunities. You shouldn't miss it and feel for it later.

College Events

Induction day,Sports day and Graduation day are the biggest college festivals.

Campus Life

This college have a special rule like boys and girls shouldn't talk to each other which is very hard at first and later got used to it. Gender ratio is not good.

Placement Experience:

After 6 semester the students are eligible for all the core and it placements. For us the core companies are Capgemini tech pub(32), sopra steria(5) and boeing . The highest package is 8lpa and average is 5 lpa Out of 100 55 students are getting placed each year. I got placement in Capgemini and I am working on Capgemini.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.
