Best Private College for Computer Science in Jabalpur

Pros:- Good college for student thinking of persuing their graduation in Computer science. College with great infrastructure. Cons:- Lectures and faculty can be more focused on pratical knowledge rather than theoritical.

Course was pretty good. But yeah as it is affiliated by RGPV Bhopal. I think new technologies should be included in the corriculum. Because there is some new technology coming in each 6 months and students of college lack that knowledge sometimes

Placements were also good I got placed in Amdocs from college itself. Though during our tenure we haven't got much good compines to appear for due to market being at its low. And fresh graduate hiring being low. But our juniors got plenty of good companies when they came into their final year.

Each year there was a Tech fest. Apart from that Each festival was celebrated at college level. Student used to celebrate Holi , Diwali and independence day , republic day in the college. Teacher's day was also celebrated and teachers were given rest during that day

Being a private college the fee was a bit on higher side but not too expensive. Also, there was schoolrship to bright students. I received fee waiver for one year fee for being a good acedmic performer in that year.

1. Some Fee waiver for being star acedmic performer of the year . Branch wise. 2. Schoolrship for being a student whose family income was very low. 3. Half fee for the year if you belong to some Sc ST cast and falls under some annual income brackets.

Computer labs were awesome. Or I would say best labs in any college of Jabalpur. Extracurricular activities . We used to have inter college Cricket , basketball game each year. Tech fest each year organised by 4th year student.

No there wasn't any hostle facilities of the college. This could be one area that college can improve on and think of. So, there isn't much I can comment on this area. Though most of the students being localised there wasn't any need of it.

Alumni network is poor. College has never arranged an alumni meet since I passed out in 2013. So, neither me new my seniors and connected with them nor my juniors are in contact with me. It could be one area where this college can think of improving.

I appeared for PET in May 2013. After results and marks received got a letter for councelling. Which basically happens on specific day based on marks received. Each student used select a college and the branch they want to opt for seat in that college. Once confirmed, you got documents stating the same. Then the same paper youbused to submit in the college while taking the admission in it.

The faculty was very good and helped a lot during the college placement time. We used to get separate session only focused around how to present yourselves during the interview process ? Also, for Gate preparation during last year we were given plenty time to prepare and solve queries
