Remarks

They atmosphere is good overall. But more improvement can be done in placements and workshops and teachings.

Entrance Preview

I gave AMMI for MMS/MBA. And i got 57percentile. And i choose this college .

Course Curriculum Overview

Since the course is offered by mumbai university and the syllabus is decided by them itself, it isn't upgraded as per time. Where as PG courses are better and well upgraded because the syllabus is decided by college.

Internships Opportunities

We had good companies coming in L&T, AMUL, Gowardhan, Aditya Birla etc. I did my intern-ship at AMUL and big brands don't pay as you know but some of the emerging brands like gowardhan paid good.Overall a good experience.

Placement Experience

Good amount of people were placed. Lakme, L&T, Accenture, Fab India were some of the companies that took in the students. The package was Between 2.5 - 6 I guess. Even after the last semester was over placements.

College Events

We have Many fests as Khalsa and GNIMS are in the sister institutes. GNIMS has Virsa as the management fest but it doesnt receive a good amount of participation because it is held during march. But college students participate and everyone enjoys to the fullest. And their bhangra performance is worth watch. Even I did participate in Bhangra this year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes we have minority quota for all minorities and specially for sikhs. And yes loans facilities are also there.

Campus Life

Talking about the gender ratio i guess it was balance or you can say we had more of girls. Campus life was good, and talking about diversity, being a sikh college we had great no of maharastrians and other caste members. Fresher parties, send off fests were total full. I did enjoy my 2years alot but at the same time we did study also together. Everyone was helpful at the time of exams assignments, we did study all together.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after completing 2nd semester and entering in 3rd semester. Attendance is compulsory for getting the opportunity for placements. The companies like IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Property pistol, Godrej Capital are available for placements. The highest paid package is 9.75 for sales and marketing. Till now( 3rd semester) 60% to 70% students are placed. There are more opportunities for sales and marketing as compared to other fields.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

Good post graduate program with strong cirriculum

Remarks:

Overall, I would say that I think this is a very unique course being offered by SP Jain and they are very strict with the submission timelines and quality of work. This is definitely is not a run off the mill part time MBA. The institute makes sure you sweat to earn your degree, respectfully!

Admissions are granted on the basis of merit in the entrance exam. I downloaded the application form and submitted the form after filling the appropriate details including my test scores.
