Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum was pretty updated one. Syllabus was aimed to impart industry knowledge with a relevant corporate exposure which included regular field trips, seminars which was an essential part of the curriculum. Exams were held twice a year.
Placement Experience :
Placements are good but not awesome. I was planning to join my family business after MBA, that's why I didn't sit for the placements. But some 10-15 companies, mostly from the west itself visit the campus for the placement process. Amazon, Kotak Mahindra, and Future Group are some of the regulars of the placement process. The highest package secured by a student was 7.5 LPA.
College Events :
Many cultural events are celebrated in the college on different occasions. Festivals like Diwali, Holi, republic day, Pongal are celebrated in our college. Many students participate in these celebrations and present their talent.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee was pretty feasible in our college. Students who want to pursue a management course in the Madurai region can fulfill their dream of higher education. Our college provides pretty decent facilities at a nominal fee. I paid around 1,82,000 INR for my two-year course which was pretty light on my pocket.
Alumni/Alumna :
GNIMS is the has a prominent alumni network. Many alumni and industry specialists visit our campus at a regular interval, in order to interact with students and share their valuable insights. These events and gatherings have a wide range of themes, like marketing conference, leadership roles, etc.
Admission :
Admissions are granted on the basis of merit in the entrance exam. I downloaded the application form and submitted the form after filling the appropriate details including my test scores. After that, I was invited for the GDPI round. College prepares a merit list, on the basis of which students are given admission. Overall, the entire admission process was pretty tedious. Thankfully, my home is comparatively closer to the college.
Faculty :
The faculty was very qualified and experienced. They all had relevant qualifications for the course they were teaching. On top of that their industry experience was also impeccable and proved to be very crucial for us.
