Remarks
Positive is you don't have to suffer for attendance In other way you can take that as negativity also. If somebody doing b.tech from Bangalore or anywhere and they could not clear their exams due to vast syllabus, then they can migrate to this college, no yearback, you can carry backlogs, no matter how many you have.
Course Curriculum Overview
I pursuid B.tech in electronics and communication engineering, course curriculum is very easy, lab facility is available.Exam are literally easy to pass as they have a separate question bank and questions will be asked from that question bank only in exam
Placement Experience
There is 1% chance of placement or job opportunity, join this college of you want to focus on your own dreams or projects, you will get b.tech degree from here. Better to do some courses in 3rd year and land a job by yourself.
College Events
Convocation day-2019 Most of time there is cultural day festival only celebrated in college, That too will be in main campus in Thanjavur, so for chennai students it's not possible to attend these types of events
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is very feasible according to other colleges in chennai. My suggestion is if you want to get a b.tech degree without any extra tension and focus on your dreams.fee is not too much but you have to pay on time, there is no seen of installments, for every semester tou have to pay before class starts.
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship, if your state government give you then you can have, from university no any facility for loan, but as the fee is very feasible so I don't think student have to go for loan facility or scholarship.
Campus Life
Labs are good and well maintained, There is 3 sports ground for cricket, volleyball and for soccer, gym is there in hostel. Instruments and equipments in gym are not good quality and many of that already not in use.
Hostel Facilities
For hostel they will provide a 2bhk flat with 4 or 5 sharing, food are good but not best, for north indians it's hard to survive in hostel. They have there own hostel inside college premises but don't know why they don't provide us instead of flat.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, they will help you on there own. For this you have to ask your HOD for alumni group, better do your own, I don't think people will be in need of this, but if somebody wants to connect with alumni then they can do via facebook or whatsapp group, about seniors- there is no any case of ragging in my 4 year duration.
Admission
By facebook ad, I had taken direct admission. There is no any requirement of jee marks and any other engineering competitive exam, you just need to pass 12th exam from any state board or cbse, icse etc. Division doesn't matter
Faculty
Faculty are good, most of them are experiencd and they use to support every student from front end as well as from back end also, they will provide all notes and if in case you missed your class for any reason they will give you a backup class also.
