The American college

Not everything is good about this college but overall it was a good experience to study in this college. Only tough thing is college starts at 8.00 am for aided students it is too early for some students who are coming from distance.

Course extended upto 3 years comprising of 6 semesters. They will be conducting 2 internal exams for every subject in each semester. And external exams will be conducted in the end of semester. So there will be 6 external exams and 12 internal exams.

If we are talking about placement there is no inherent setup for this in this college. No internship will be provided. We have to search and look for our own jobs. In this college they will not help with that.

There are many events celebrated in this college. The best event is conducted every summer called annual day. In this event annual report will be read. And then comes the fun part about it. Dance and music programs will be conducted. It was very amusing to watch.

Fee structure is very feasible. It will vary for each degree a little bit. In our college we have aided and self finance courses. Aided courses are very cheap. Self finance courses are little expensive.

I haven't applied for any loan or scholarship while studying in this college. Loan facility is not required because fee structure is very feasible for everyone. But scholarships are available for certain students.

Talking about extracurricular activities there will be a mandatory course like NSS or NCC. Students have to choose something from these. Labs will be conducted for every science courses weekly twice. Sports team in my college is best in hand ball. They are state level winners in every year when i studied there.

No i haven't opted for hostel because i am a day scholar. But what i heard about hostel is there will be three students in each room for U.G and two students per room for P.G. about food in hostel it was ok. They will provide non vegetarian food every Wednesday and Saturday.

Alumni meetings are conducted every year. Some students who have finished college may have reached some high level in some field,so they are brought to the meeting to provide motivation for other students. They are very helpful to meet our old students.

I completed my 12th standard and with that marksheet i applied for the degree of b.sc physics in this college. And i got an offer letter within a month of submission.overall admission process is easy.

Faculties are good enough. Professors are very friendly. Even if we go a little late to class they will warn you but they will give you your attendance. In some colleges faculties will not allow boys to talk with girls but here there is no restrictions.
