College

Our college Is one of the major & oldest college in the city. They provide the conceptual education to the students.the college infrastructure is good. It has library, indoor/outdoor auditorium, play ground, canteen, hostel & gallery. It is accredited with 'B' grade by NAAC, Conferred "college with potential for excellence" by UGC.

The courses offered by the college is good. It has various combinations regarding the selection of the subjects.it is affiliated with the Bangalore University. totally there will be 4 tests and 2exams in an academic year.

The placement and job opportunities provided in the college is extremely good. they have started placement since 2005, for which the placement cell was established in college during 2006. The college does not provide any internships.

There are various events which are celebrated in the college. Some of the major events include cultural, sports, science, commerce and few others.there are both intra class as well as inter class events.

The fees structure in our college is similar to that of other colleges. The fees structure is classified based on caste, wherein some of the backward castes are given the fee concession at the time of their admission. The college fees structure is comparatively feasible.

There are many scholarship program's in the college. They will be monthly circular regarding the various scholarships & the same will be updated on the college notice board. Karepass is one of the major scholarship by which most of the deserving students have been benefited.

There are many labs in the college for physics, chemistry, bontany & for other departments. college also has a room for NCC activities. various kinds of training will be given in the NCC departments. It also provides a sports room where we can find almost all the necessary items required for various sports and games.

No i have not opted for the hostel. the college have made the hostel facilities for girls inside the college campus.the rooms are neatly maintained with 24hrs water facilities. It serves the hygenic food & has the best security.

Vva is one of the finest alumni that the college has.they are doing many good work by providing the education to the needy ones.they also provide various kinds of training regarding the job placement.they are very much helpful and play a major role in the development of the college.

It all started with my 10th results, wher in for the 1st I took the college admission application, filled the form with all the required enclosures and submitted it to the college office with in time. Thereafter i was informed to bring any of my parent/guardian at the time of fee payment (the date for which was displayed on the college notice board & was informed by SMS to the given mobile number). Then I secured my seat in the he college by paying fees though challan.

The teaching staff in the college is good.they all come from an decent background wher in each and every one of them is recruited based on their understandings and teaching skills. Few of them are transferred from & to different colleges.
