A journey worth sharing

Academics are more satisfactory in RIT with a good hostel facility and good ambiance. The new library of RIT is one of the good assets for students.

Due to autonomy, the college has the freedom to set as per the needs of current industrial expectations. We have sufficient electives and open electives field visits, industrial visits along with technical tours. Aptitude is mandatory in the curriculum which helps students to clear written test in the interview process.

College and professors always encourage all the students to undergo an internship. After an academic year, it is mandatory to complete an internship and also this will be evaluated by panel members. Also, our college proposed a 4 track system so that students have a chance to select the 20-week internship.

Vaastu is technical and non-technical even which focuses on improving the management, teamwork, leadership skills of the students. Virangula is an annual program that mainly focuses on sports and extracurricular activities. IIE seminar is a technical seminar arranged to make students aware of various latest technologies and research work in the technical field.

The total fee is around 120000/- per academic year which included tuition fees and fees for other facilities. The college has the hostel facility with free Wifi laundry etc but it is optional. Those who want to stay inside the college premises can stay in the hostel. The fees are 23000 around.

As I have a GATE score so that I am receiving 12,400/- INR every month. I did not apply for the education load as I am a stipend holder.

All labs are well facilitated with developed equipment. I have observed that there is no discrimination between gender and there is a cell called VISAKHA which supports the development of girl's students. There are various cells and clubs are available to develop students in various aspects.

The college has the hostel facility with free Wifi laundry etc but it is optional. Those who want to stay inside the college premises can stay in the hostel. The fees 23000 around security deposit is around 5000/- INR college is protective with CC cameras everywhere.

There is a separate alumni coordinator who in each and every department who helps to make interaction with Most of the senior student's so that we will understand the current scenario int the market and technology. Alumni help students in placement, internship, and industrial visits, etc.

I came to know about this college through the DTE website and in the third round of CAP, I got admission to this college in Mechanical Civil Structure PG through GATE. admission process held during August 2019. Process of paying fees through online as per digital India.

Well experienced and Ph.D. faculties are available with the CIVIL department. faculty mostly tries to give hands-on experience through their teaching. I feel happy to have hands-on experience with what I have learned in the curriculum. The department has cooperative faculty and professors and associate professors.
