Way to Success - IDEAL COLLEGE FOR MANAGEMENT

Though my 1 year is left if I speak about my experience, it's good to date. The conclusion is if you don't want to make a hole in your pocket and yet want to avail quality of education. IICMR is one of the finest colleges for management.

Exam Structure is sub-divided into two categories: Internal Exams and External Exams. The Internal Exams are of 20 Marks that are given on the basis of Projects, Presentations, and Practicals. External Exams are of 80 Marks. It's a written exam. The syllabus of my Institute includes all the essentials portions of Management Studies and not only limited to Theory Classes, Presentations. To give the versatility to the student, classes on Value Added Subjects are also conducted such as SAP, SIX SIGMA, ADVANCE EXCEL, etc.

Placement is good as many companies visit our campus during Placement Session. Internships are provided by the college only but if a student wants to do an internship on their own then they are free to do so. But in most of the cases, students look for Internships via college as the stipend is provided for the latter.

The college has many events lined up for an academic that actually helps students to freshen up their minds. Exhibitions, Sports day, Debate Sessions, Annual fests, Interactive Sessions and many other important days are celebrated such as International Literacy Day, etc.

As of now, the college fee structure lies in the range of 5-6 Lacs for two years. The Tuition Fee for 2 Year MBA is 5.75 Lacs. And on an average, if you calculate your personal expenditure then it will range from 6,000 INR to 15,000 INR or high depending upon the individual potential.

I did not apply for any scholarship. But yes I did apply for Education Loan. Since my father is a class 2 Rank government employee I easily got the loan sanctioned.

Campus Life is fine and the number of male and female students is fair. You will not feel isolated at all. Computer labs are well equipped. There is a variety of sports available within the campus to opt for such as badminton, football, cricket. They have many indoor games also like chess, carrom. The college canteen is good enough to eat while you have other options too.

My alumni network is zero but there are many seniors who are in my touch. They never bullied or make me feel inferior at all. In fact, I interact more with my seniors as compared to my regular classmates.

Every faculty is pro in his/her domain. Their practical knowledge is sound. We are taught via presentations very often and rarely theory classes are conducted. Group Presentations are given to the students to teach the importance of Team Work and coordination as every MNC OR Stand-Alone Company works a TEAM which is their biggest strength. Industrial Visits are also conducted to get the bits and bytes of the working of the real-life working environment.
