Remarks

Its location is ideal for those residing in South West Delhi.However work needs to be done on infrastructure.talking about the education, it is a good college in terms of experienced and warm faculty who is ready to guide whenever students require their help.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is really informative and covers the entire dimension that is integral for managerial decision. The course is based on trimester system containing credits marks. Trimester is covered in two year system.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities are okay. its upto you to convert them as per your say and requirements.However, college provides great placement ranging from Amazon to hdfc and also offer various internships especially SIPs to its students.

College Events

There are plenty of events that are celebrated in college campus and that also provides exposure to students. apart from the festivals and founders day celebrated here we also have cultural annual fest,synergy.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its quite feasible especially when compared to various others management colleges. Also, college provides scholarship facilities to the students scoring above the minimum criteria established by the college

Fees and Financial Aid

College does provides scholarship facility but that is on the basis if score scored in various entrance exam-CAT,MAT,XAT. There are various provisions of scholarship granted by the college. There is a bifurcation of the amount of the scholarship according to the marks scored in various entrance exam. eg students scoring 75 percentile will receive scholarship of Rs 30000.

Campus Life

Labs are well equipped whereas sports activities are not that good.Computers lab have computer facility where there are datas available for the students on various management projects, business' details, research paper are there for the benefit of the students.

Hostel Facilities

I have not opted for the hostel facility. I am a day scholar.Also,college does not have the hostel facility available. they provide the contacts of nearby pg owners for the convenience of the students.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni and seniors are very helpful.They are welcoming seniors.also, there is a deep connectivity of alumnis towards their college. they try to give it back to the college by bringing in companies for the placement whether they have been placed. for bringing in summer internship programmes.

Admission

I have appeared for the CAT entrance examination. I scored 71.95 and on the basis of the score of my CAT exam I got admission in my college. That was the first criteria to be admitted to my college. Then a group discussion round followed by the personal interview was conducted. after two days I got the information of me being selected to be admitted to this college. Documentation process was conducted and verified.

Faculty is really cooperative,helpful,ready to listen and clear doubts and are really well experienced. They are highly qualified faculty. As per their teaching method is they adopt presentation based teaching and upload whatever has been taught in the class to the moodle group for the convenience of the students to revise important concepts.

Placments here are good , Reputed Companies here visit campus offering great packages like Asian paints and MRF. They also help student in preparing for the Placements by organizing variouas events and sessions

LBSIM Delhi : An Institution with Value-driven Management with Elite Finance Infrastructure

Likes

Academic and Tech Facilities : Great Academic Rigor.
Faculty & Placement Strength : Faculty has vast industry experience. Corporate Relations are exceptionally strong.

Dislikes

Campus Size : In the heart of the country, a traditional open-air B-school experience is difficult.
Batch Intake : The intake for flagship PGDM course is high which causes high competition among students for summer internships and placements.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the 4th trimester onwards. The placement rate is consistently nearby 100%. Prominent recruiters include Delloite, KPMG, Pwc, EY and market firms like Motilal Oswal, Oxane and ICICI Bank. The average domestic package stands comfortably around 12,40,000 and the top 10% of the batch secures close to over 16,00,000. Prominent roles offered include - Management Trainee, Financial Analyst and Consulting roles for finance students. My immediate plans after the degree is to secure a core placement in an Equity Research Role.

The curriculum is regularly updated to align with current industry trends and include case studies, life, project, lectures, workshop and exponential learning. These initiative help student build practical skills and prepare them for corporate roles.

Dislikes

Campus is relatively small compared to many other premier school limiting availability of large opening space and sports facilities
Some administrative processes can be time consuming especially during admissions and fees related formalities.
The academic schedule is quite rigorous , with frequent assignment presentations,quizzes and project making time management challenging.

Placement Experience:

The pavement opportunities at lbsim are good especially for tier 2 b school the institute has a dedicated placement cell that actively works with recruiters and supports student throughout the placement process. Regular training sessions on aptitude resume building group discussions mock interviews and communications skills help students prepare for campus recruitment.

Industry oriented PGDM with good learning and placement opportunities

Placement Experience:

LBSIM offers good placement support with students becoming eligible after the summer internship. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG,EY ,Infosys, Accenture, ICICI Bank and Wipro visit the campus. The average package is around 12 to 13 lakhs per annum with higher offer offers for top performers, placement support, industry, exposure and alumni guidance are strong. I plan to pursue a business analytics role after completing the course.

Faculty , grid and the administration is really good and supportive . There will be adequate amount of exposure to certain non academic activities too .Campus is also decently spacious and overall canteen and class infrastructure is also good .

Placement Experience:

The placements here is decent , good companies visit here , also the college is now been accredited with AACSB , which will help making the foundation stronger . Highest was 24 lakh , and average of the batch is 12.3 lakh . Almost 90% students get placed at decent position , while the placement cell also support each and every person with their utmost guidance .

Why i chose LBSIM for my PGDM

Likes

faculty is knowledgeable and is very well versed with the industy
this college is AACSB accredited. only 30 colleges in India have that
Learning resource center is amazing with a great variety of books

Dislikes

Campus size is small but competitors have a similar campus size
Sports facility is limited to TT, badminton court

MBA curriculum is well structured and covers the core areas of management including marketing, finance, operations, HR, analytics and AI. Courses are industry oriented, have a case based learning approach and institute's focus on practical management skills rather than only theoritical concepts.

seniors are supportive and friendly with juniors

Dislikes

campus has limited sports facility and activities.
there is no residential campus vibes as it is very small
college ROI is very poor as the fees is high

from third semister students get eligible for placement and the avg package is 12.5 and median is 11 and highest is 24.There is 90% placement record.MARCH, DELLOIT, ACCENTURE, TECH MAHINDRA are the few reputed companies coming into the campus.

seniors are very intreractive and they are very friendly

schedule is very tight and could not get time for self
campus is small and fees could be low as per the roi
low return of investement as pe the fees we are paying

Placement Experience:

The placements have been getting with every year. Last year, the highest package that any student from this college was able to achieve was about 24,00,000Rs. Students are eligible for the placements by the start of fourth or fifth semester
