EEE from NIT Trichy is the best option. NIT Trichy’s EEE department is well known and is highly demanded by the students. However, choosing your specialisation also depends on your area of interest. If your interest lies in electrical gadgets, their working, power supply and all those related things then only pursue this course. Always remember that you will have to take up this degree for four years and if you do not enjoy it then you will never learn from it. The choice between CSE from IGDTUW and ECE from NSIT/DTU/IIIT depends on the goals of your daughter. If she is planning to pursue higher studies like MS or a Ph.D., then IIIT Delhi is a decent choice as it’s a research-oriented college. But if she is looking for a job, then IIIT Delhi will offer limited opportunities. This is because getting a job in Core ECE companies like Western Digital and Qualcomm is not easy, as these companies prioritize master students. A few talented students do get placed in Software firms.
In IIIT Delhi first year is the same for both CSE and ECE during which the students are taught Introduction to Programming, System Management, Computer Organisation, Data Structure, and Digital Circuits. Your chances of placement also depend on your CGPA which should be preferably above 7. IIIT Delhi offers the flexibility to choose the CSE courses, provided that you complete the minimum credits requirement in the last two years of B.Tech for the degree.
In all, I feel, that NSIT and DTU will offer great job opportunities because of their brand name but IIIT Delhi will teach you new things and also offer research opportunities

Yes, all the branches in IIIT Delhi are considered to be better than DTU CSE. Although DTU has a better brand name, it’s way behind IIIT Delhi in terms of placement, quality of crowd, and research culture. IIIT Delhi's faculty and infrastructure are way better than DTU's.
IIIT Delhi has a very flexible curriculum allowing students to choose subjects of their choice, unlike the rigid curriculum of DTU. Moreover, the IIIT Delhi curriculum is CS-tailored so you won't have to study Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in the first year. Students are taught Data structures and Algorithms along with many programming languages-Python, C, Java, and Shell Scripting in the first year itself. ECE students at IIIT Delhi are taught more practical and less theoretical knowledge.
The best part is that students are free to choose CSE courses in the 3rd and 4th year which is not possible in DTU. The best option would be to pursue a Master's in CS and a Bachelor's in ECE.

As a B.Tech ECE student at IIT Dhanbad, I can give you some insight on this course.
The ECE faculty consists of a handful of professors who are genuinely interested in this branch. You’ll get to study from them in the last 3-4 semesters. The rest won’t teach or guide you much.
Only the top performers get placed in core companies. Most of the recruitments are made by IT and software firms. For those jobs, you must learn good enough coding to be able to compete with fellow CSE students. Pursue ECE only if you have an interest in Electronics, Semiconductors and Communications Systems.
