Established in 1957, the National Fire Service College is an autonomous body managed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. It’s a unique institute in India located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
National Fire Service College offers a four-year Bachelors of Engineering (B.E) course with a specialization in Fire Engineering. Applicants of this program must have completed
- Class 12th with English, Physics, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and one of these subjects; Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or any Technical Vocational subjects.
- Must have secured 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, and Technical Vocational (45% for general category candidates and 40% for SC/ ST candidates.
- Must have a valid score in JEE Main conducted by CBSE
- Once the merit list is released, candidates will have to appear for the medical test.
The final list is released after considering the candidate’s medical test and JEE Mains rank.
