NFSC Nagpur B.E. Admission 2025

National Fire Service College accepts 60 students per year for its undergraduate program and offers a four-year Bachelor's of Engineering (B.E.) program with a specialization in Fire Engineering. The RTM Nagpur University rules will govern the eligibility criteria and admission procedure. Applicants must have completed their 12th grade education with English, Physics, and Mathematics as required subjects, as well as Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or any of the Technical Vocational subjects. Aggregate marks were obtained in physics, mathematics, and chemistry/biology. Biotechnology/Technical Vocational should not be less than 45% in the general category candidates. Minimum qualifying marks are relaxed up to 5% for SC/ ST candidates.

Candidates seeking admission to the course must have a valid JEE Main score from CBSE. Candidates must take the medical test after the merit list is displayed on the university's website. Final merit list will be issued considering the candidate’s medical test and JEE Mains rank.

NFSC Nagpur Sub Officers Course Admission 2025

NFSC provides a Sub-Officers Course for Fire Training to candidates who have completed a graduation degree or diploma program in engineering. The course has an annual intake of up to 30 students. For admission, the Institute holds its own All India Entrance Exam for Sub Officers Course. Eligible candidates can apply through forms available on the portal and must submit them to the college with a printout and supporting documents.

Candidates can submit hard copies of their applications by the specified deadline. Only eligible candidates will be sent admit cards for the entrance exam. Candidates who are shortlisted after the written test will be invited to participate in the medical test round. The final list of candidates will be made available on the college portal.

Admission:

I had a flight for gati Shakti vishwavidyalay Vadodara where I get a confirm seat but I did opt NFSC ahead of gati Shakti vishwavidyalay because NFSC has very good placement and you can also join PSU without GATE examination at NFSC. Also the fee of nfsc is very low as compared to gati Shakti vishwavidyalay. Admission process: first you have to given JEE examination which is conducted by NTA. Then you have to apply for NFSC Nagpur. Then you get a call letter from nfsc Nagpur. Where document verification and medical examination are taken. Best on medical examination and document verification you get selected.

At the time of counselling I also looked for the college like DDU Gorakhpur,DU,MMM Gorakhpur, IET Lucknow. I choose this college because this is the best college as per my rank and having a best placement of 100% and serving the nation being a fire fighter . No I did not get rejected from any of the above colleges but I did not joined them. For admission in National fire service college first you have to apply for the admission, after that you will be shortlisted for the medical examination, if you are completely fit you will be selected definitely. This college provides admission on the basis of JEE mains rank.

I had also applied for IISER along with NFSC. And i got confirmed sit in iiser kolkata. But i choose this college over iiser because of following reason (i) Fee: Fee of iiser is almost double from nfsc. (ii) Placement: we all know that iiser is not made for placement so i prefer nfsc where i almost 100% placement of average 12-14 lakh Like other college admission process there is extra medical test is there. If you fail to satisfy the medical then you will be rejected. Admission is based on JEE Mains and if your percentile is above 90 then you can get admission.

Eligibility criteria: Minimum 55% in 12th standard, a good ranking in JEE mains, nationality must be Indian. You can fill out the application form online through the official website: nfscnagpur.nic.in, the forms are released after JEE advanced results usually in the month of MAY-JUNE. Reservations for: SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS etc. PWD HANDICAPPED candidates cannot apply for this course. After you get shortlisted, you will have to appear for Medical and Physical tests and document verification. After clearing the medical and physical test you will reach the college and pay the 1st-semester fees to confirm your seat. I have only applied for this college and got selected for it. i didn't applied to any other colleges I have applied through the OBC category i have to join the non creamy layer certificate with it Mostly the Students who 80-85percentile in can qualify for the further medical process Every the cutoff increases. The admission day was well managed we have already pay the fees through online mode we have to just submit the documents and pay receipt and got admitted to college. Every documents must be clear if not college directly rejects the admission. Overall its was very nice everything was well managed by the authorities.
