I would want to become a senior resident as then I will get to experience a lot more and can then join as a professor.

We have to do 3 years of theory amd practical learning in post graduation. We mainly do slide seeing and reporting. Bigger equipmemts are handled by professors. We have to take tutorials of undergraduates and hence we get to learn more.
