College education system is good but little hectic But manageable. Be safe from the mosquitoes because students get dengue and worse fever so the only thing is that and else everything is great there.

NID conduct an entrance exam every year on national level for admission of students in UG and PG programme. Design Aptitude Test known as NID DAT is a two stages exam with prelims and main. NID DAT prelims for bachelor degree is a written exam. The course curriculum is elaborate. faculties provide vast knowledge in four year programme. NID faculties encourage students in hand driven work.
There are campus placement available after 4th year and after completing graduation project. Highest package given was 80 lakh per annum and avg is 8-9 lakh rupees. 70 percent get selected in campus placement and my plan after getting degree is to do masters and study more.
Nid follows a old style curriculum which has its own pros and cons. Here we prefer sticking to the basics in the beginning we believe in building our base rather than rushing. I've experienced the placements yet but I know my college provide the companies for internships and except for ceramics and glass design and film and video communication the placements are good the stipend in Internship max you can get 30k.
It's really good course where I'm able to learn alot of things which are going to help me in my future. We have juries not the writing exams where we have to present ourselves and explain the work to the jury members.
