Will WES accept my MBA degree from ICFAI University and distance education?
Yes, WES will accept your MBA degree from ICFAI University and distance education but the process for this is very complicated.
One of my friends did his distance MBA from the institute and recently got his result. Here is what he had to say about the whole process.
WES accepted ICFAI University as a recognized university and the Tripura Distance Education program is considered equivalent to the 4 years bachelor's degree in Canada and you must be prepared to get ECA as a 4 years bachelor's degree in Canada if you have done your MBA from ICFAI University, Tripura through distance education mode. This will have a major change on your CRS scores if you have considered your education as a Master’s degree.
But keep in mind that this is only true for ICFAI University, Tripura, and not for other ICFAI universities.
How is placement for B.Com Honours students in ICFAI University?
B.Com. Honours placements at ICFAI University are mostly good, particularly at the Dehradun and Jharkhand campuses. The university has good placement support, although the results differ across campuses and student groups.
