How is life at Mahindra Ecole Centrale?

Here's a glimpse into a typical day for many students at Mahindra Ecole Centrale. We typically roll out of bed around 10 AM and head over to a friend's room for a smoke session (and it's not just limited to cigarettes). After that, we brush our teeth and catch up on some TV shows until about 12:30 PM. Then it's time for lunch. We usually check to see if we still have any smokes left in our rooms. If we do, it's great because we won't have to trek to the gate to restock.

By around 5 PM, folks start gearing up for some sports. We’ve got nice basketball and badminton courts, plus two tennis courts, although most of us prefer playing cricket on the clay court. Around 7:30 or 8 PM, we head back to the room for another smoke or whatever, then hit the cafeteria for dinner. From 9 PM to midnight, gamers pop on their headphones and dive into Dota 2—that's super popular here. After that, from 12:30 to 2:30 AM, it's back to more TV shows or other sessions. This is just the weekday routine. On weekends, you'll find most of us chilling at Akshaya from 7:30 to 11 PM.

Life at Mahindra Ecole Centrale has been quite an experience for me. As a student in the Bachelor of Technology program, I've found the campus vibrant with various activities. The infrastructure is impressive, and the library is huge with a good range of books. We celebrate events like Aether and Airo which are a lot of fun. The hostel facilities are decent, and the mess food is better than what I've heard from other colleges.

However, the curriculum can sometimes feel outdated, and the exams are frequent, which adds a bit of pressure. Overall, it's a good mix of academics and extracurricular activities, but there’s room for improvement in the curriculum.

As a B.Tech student specializing in Artificial Intelligence, the life at Mahindra Ecole Centrale has been fulfilling and challenging. The faculty is experienced, and the teaching methods are interactive, which really helps us grasp complex topics. However, I do feel that the exams can be tough and the curriculum could use more practical applications.

Campus life is good with various clubs and events, but I wish there were more frequent activities. The hostel facilities are quite nice, and the food is generally better than average. Overall, it's a solid university with its strengths and weaknesses, but I'm happy with my choice.

Life at Mahindra Ecole Centrale isn't as great as I hoped it would be. The institute doesn't really push for any activities, whether academic or extracurricular. One year, we didn't even have a fest, and when we did, it wasn't good at all. The teachers aren't that impressive; the talented ones have either left or are planning to go. My parents often mention it's not worth the investment. Compared to my friends in other colleges, I feel like I've lost my standing.

I've lost enthusiasm for pretty much everything. There are no clubs or productive activities to get involved in, and it feels like there's no support for them either. The job placements are really disappointing too. There's no sign of a French curriculum, faculty, or any connections related to France. Honestly, with the current director, it seems like making any kind of meaningful connections is a long shot.

Being part of the Bachelor of Business Administration program at Mahindra Ecole Centrale, I've enjoyed my time here. The faculty is quite approachable and encouraging, which makes learning easier. The campus life is lively with clubs and events, although the major fest is just once a year, which is a bit of a letdown.

The internship opportunities are decent, but the stipends offered could be better. I also find the fees a bit on the higher side, especially since there's no scholarship support available for management students. Still, the practical approach in teaching helps a lot in understanding real-world applications.
