The faculty is good , they help you when you have doubts about the subject
They give proper materials to read and also extra information about what to do in future
The food is good also the hostel rooms are good they are cleaned twice in week by cleaning staff

Dislikes

Management issues: Some students feel that the administration is not responsive to student concerns and struggles with effective problem-solving.
Overcrowding: With a large student intake, facilities can feel overcrowded, leading to long queues and limited access to resources
Academic concerns: Some students report a lack of clear academic guidance, which can make it difficult to maintain a high CGPA.

Internships Opportunities:

internship opportunities at mu are avaiable , but they are not always well structured . formal internship drives are conducted by career sefvice office but are limited students are encouraged to apply off campus via linked in . For credit internships are part of academic structure in some branches TECH MAHINDRA - role , software intern - stipedned ,10000-15000 TCS iON - Data analytics - 8k to 10k Innominds - embedded systems intern - 5k-8k Tech mahindra - software intern worked on front end testing and basic automation scripts Freyer energy - iot intern collected and visualized data using grafana overal internship opportunities exist at mu but support is avg and selecrive , cse students get more opportunities than other students system could improve with stronger industry tie ups and more guidance .

It’s a decent college to join if you’re planning to stay in Hyderabad

Likes

A very open campus will multiple club activities for the students to take part in.
A set of very well trained college professors
A huge variety of people in the campus giving us a good exposure throughout.

Dislikes

The cgpa grading policy is a bit too strict and people generally do not get higher cgpa’s at this college.
The curfew time at hostel’s is 11:30 which I feel is too early.
A mess not big enough to accommodate the number of students joining every year, which is increasing very gradually.

Internships Opportunities:

TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys and various other companies come to pick the students for internships but stipend depends on company to company ranging from 10k to 50k. They also give company projects for students.

The joy of Mahindra

Likes

All facilities are available including tennis,badminton,table tennis, swimming,gym etc.
All the hostel rooms have AC that works every night without a problem
All the faculty are really experienced and knowledgeable.

Dislikes

The exams are very hard which causes extra stress to get a good gpa
5000₹ fine incase you lose your Id card.
The extra curricular facilities are only open after 3pm.

Placement Experience:

Students secure roles in companies like Microsoft, Deloitte, and Amazon. The highest package is 38LPA offered by EA sports and the average is 9lahks. Personally I'll be going to Sweden after my bachelor's inorder to get my masters in VLSI.

Everything About Mahindra University

Likes

The course was structured really well, and its designed in a way that you have the option of pursuing other things as well or deeply pursuing your course
The campus is really beautiful and has wonderful resources, like the library, and there are beautiful waterfalls as well. It even has a good hostel facility
The staff take regular feedbacks after every fractal about our professors and we get to rate them. They take this rating seriously.

Dislikes

The transport facility is really bad. They provide non AC buses and we struggle during summer
Its hard for day scholars to travel to and from the campus everyday. Based on your location, the travel time is different but it takes me 2 hours everyday to and fro
The mess food isnt that good sometimes, and gives me an upset stomach

Internships Opportunities:

The internship opportunities are many and only come rolling in after 2nd year is over. A lot of companies come and partner with the university for internships and some projects can be done from home as well.

Likes

Lot of greenery. Big campus
Good food and ambience in mess and other canteens
Hostels are neat and washrooms are clean

Dislikes

Rules and regulations so probelms with security and management
Grades of semester. Less weightage
Games or sports Equipment

Internships Opportunities:

There. Are lot of companies offering internships on campus but all are from small companies which give low package and are not able take people seriously and the main issue it is andnot good and quite various companies are there

The things I like about my college is the campus itself.
The faculty is very friendly and they are always ready to help you out.
Many curricular activities are conducted and we can participate in them.

Dislikes

Exams!As everyone knows that we students hate exams and Mahindra university exams are tough.
If you're a hosteller you'll dislike the common washrooms because a attached washroom to the room is better.
ragging culture over is too heated up, but gradually it keeps decreasing.

Amazon cognizant infosys tech mahindra amazon microsoft byjus intel cisco capgemini mahindra dell l&t tcs these are the companies that are provided for placements and they guarantee us good package so

The Insiders Guide to Life at Mahindra University

Infrastructure is too good .It will be like an IIT with all facilities in it .Very good infrastructure
Good Faculty.All Faculty will be from IIT's Or NIT's .Main course professor are phd holders from IIT's
The relevance and rigor of the course curriculum to your personal and professional development. Is tooo good it will be like focus on what we will be going to do in future

Dislikes

Hostel fees is like too much if we consider irrespect of mess
No buses are provided by college for day scholars
The schedule is good for hostellers but not suitable for day scholars

Many companies like Amazon , Microsoft, Google,tech Mahindra,TCS will be offering internship with stipend range btwn 20,000 to 1,00,000.Some companies will not be offering stipend it depends on company and role which we have to do . We will be getting information through Outlook from college regarding internship or any information college would like to share with students . We will be given professional mail IDs for to access any applications which will be guided by our college.

Likes

The infrastructure is well designed which is spread over 100 acres
It has a good sports complex with a Fifa certified football ground
The best thing here is the disciplinary committee maintain decorum of the college

Dislikes

The timerable could be a little more flexible
Few college events and not much of social interaction
Too strict with the attendance and examination

Internships Opportunities:

Students in second year start getting internship opportunities which helps them build their career experience but the stipends are way too low but with a good experience Students at mahindra even get a opportunity to do a one month internship abroad
