The question is a bit unclear because SV University in Tirupati covers a lot of different courses and fields. I'm not sure exactly which course you're asking about. I'll break down my response into two parts based on my experience with SVUCE, specifically from my BTech in ECE (class of 2016).

1. Education: Honestly, the education quality is quite poor. Most of the professors don't seem to care much about teaching, and the labs feel like they're stuck in the past with outdated equipment. There are very few extracurricular activities worth mentioning. The administration is a nightmare to deal with; they often come across as rude and unhelpful, and they seem to lack basic professionalism.

2. Life and Career: The best part of being at SVUCE is the people you meet along the way. Your classmates, seniors, and juniors can make your time there truly memorable. Back when I was there, the ragging was more of an interactive experience, which I found enjoyable, though I hear that's no longer the case. As for placements, don't expect any top-tier companies. Most opportunities are with companies like Infosys and Wipro. Many students aim for IITs and IIMs, preparing for exams like GATE and CAT, while others with more resources might go for GRE. Despite the downsides, if you're motivated and ready to work hard, you can make good use of the free time, the central library, and the LAN facilities in some departments.

In conclusion, studying at SVUCE can be a valuable learning experience, but if you're focused on excelling in a BTech core field, you might want to think carefully before deciding. Weigh your options and choose wisely. Cheers!

PS: Keep in mind that this is just my personal experience.

SV University in Tirupati used to be a key player in improving education and job opportunities in the Rayalaseema area. Back in the day, they really focused on hiring the best teachers and staff. However, things changed after 1990. Political involvement started affecting how they appointed Vice Chancellors and teachers. Nowadays, factors like caste, money, and political connections seem to be more important in these decisions. Because of this, less than 10% of the truly deserving candidates are getting hired, which has unfortunately led to a drop in the quality of teaching and research.

Sri Venkateswara University, also known as SVU, holds the top spot among universities in South India according to Times Higher Education. It's also recognized as one of the leading universities across India, being comparable to institutions like BITS, University of Delhi, and University of Calcutta.

The campus is huge, spreading over 1000 acres in Tirupati, a place famous for the temple of Lord Sri Venkateshwara. SVU offers a wide range of courses, but getting a spot in engineering is pretty tough. To get in, students need to take the EAMCET entrance exam, and only those with high scores manage to secure a place.

The university offers a lot of freedom, which students can use positively to shape their future. Overall, SVU provides a great platform for students to pursue their dreams.
