Hey there!
I'm in my second year at CMC Ludhiana now, and I can say it's a fun place to be. The first year can be pretty busy because there's a lot to cover in the syllabus in a short time.
Our classes run from 8 AM to 4 PM, and we study Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, and Ethics. We have a diverse group of 75 students in our class.
The hostels are really nice, much better than those at government colleges, and the students manage the mess. The food is decent.
The professors here are very knowledgeable and experienced. They might seem a bit strict, but it's to help us do well academically. Thanks to their efforts, I even got a university rank.
The one downside is the campus isn't very green. I have to walk through a busy road with a lot of traffic every morning from the hostel to the college.
Despite that, life is exciting with things like socializing in the anatomy dissection hall, practicals, and going out with friends. We have crazy hostel parties, too. It's a great experience!
Hope you enjoy reading! Oh, and I'm sharing some pictures from this year's Christmas celebrations.
CMC Ludhiana is a place where students get a lot of care and focus. Since there are only 75 students in each batch, every student gets the attention they deserve. The college really prioritizes how students are doing and their well-being.
Life in the first year is truly amazing. It's a time that everyone looks back on fondly, even if they don't realize it until later.
Being a first-year MBBS student at CMC Ludhiana is pretty chill and enjoyable. However, if you're comparing, DMC might offer a better experience for studying MBBS.
