I’m currently studying the B.Com (Hons.) course, and I feel like placements are not the strongest point of this college. There are some companies that come for recruitment, but the offers aren’t very impressive. The average package is around 2.5 LPA, and only about 20% of students get decent job opportunities. I think it would be better if the college focused more on connecting with a wider range of companies for better placement options.
As a student in the BBA program, I’ve noticed that placements can be a mixed bag. While some students do get good offers, especially in marketing, many companies that visit don’t offer very high packages. From what I’ve gathered, the average package for BBA graduates is about 3 LPA, which isn’t too great compared to other colleges. So, if you’re aiming for higher placements, you might need to work a bit harder to stand out.
Placements at PIMR Indore are quite decent, especially for the MBA program. From my experience in the MBA course, many companies come to the campus starting from the third semester. The average package is around 5 LPA, and I’ve heard that the highest package can go up to 14 LPA. The placement cell is very active, and about 80% of students manage to get placed, so I think there are good opportunities for those who are serious about their careers.
