B.Com (Hons.) from Rajdhani College, University of Delhi (2018)

If you are considering pursuing a B.Com from the University of Delhi and are confused between Rajdhani College and Motilal Nehru College, here are some key points that may help you make an informed decision:

  • Course Structure: B. Com (Hons.) is a specialized course that provides in-depth knowledge and understanding of the subjects as compared to B. Com (P). B. Com (Hons.) at Rajdhani College is a better option for students who want to pursue a career in the field of commerce.

  • Job Prospects: B. Com (Hons.) has better job prospects as compared to B. Com (P). The specialized knowledge and skills gained in B. Com (Hons.) at Rajdhani College make students more employable in the field of commerce and related industries.
  • Prestige: Rajdhani College is one of the top-ranked colleges under the University of Delhi and has a good reputation for its academic excellence and overall development of students.
  • Future Opportunities: B. Com (Hons.) at Rajdhani College opens up various opportunities for further studies like CA, CS, CMA, MBA, and M. Com. It also helps in pursuing a career in the banking and finance industry.
  • Change of College: If you plan to change your college later (in subsequent cutoffs), it is better to start with B. Com (Hons.) at Rajdhani College as the course structure and curriculum are more beneficial for your future prospects.

How is the faculty at Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics for b.com?

MS
Maria Shah Posted On : August 5th, 2021
Studied at Pune University (2019)

My cousin recently completed his graduation in B.Com from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. Although his sole experience was enough to prove the faculty’s excellence, he also had friends from other courses who had the same experience. Here’s what he and his friends had to say:

  • The faculty at Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics is excellent no matter what course you study there.
  • All the professors are highly qualified, experienced.
  • The majority of them are teaching in this college for 8-10 years except those who joined recently.
  • Besides qualification, the faculty is supportive and always there to help you with your smallest doubts.

All in all, NM College has one of the greatest faculties you can find in any college in India. Not only did my cousin happily graduate from there but he also suggested this college to his school juniors and younger members of the family.

What is the better option between Bhawanipur college and Umesh Chandra college for B.COM honours?

AS
Anand Shah Posted On : October 4th, 2021
B.Com from Bhawanipur Education Society College (2020)

Some of my friends studied at Bhawanipur college (BESC). According to them it is nothing but just hyped by everyone.

  • If you are getting a chance at Umesh Chandra college opt for it. This will also save you an amount of 1.5 lakhs.
  • Moreover, internal marks for BESC students are marked in a single-digit, which is discouraging
  • Comparatively the government colleges are better as they mark double-digit marks.
  • The internal exams are only conducted for the sake to follow the guidelines of CU.
Categories B.Com at BESC B.Com at Umesh Chandra
Course Fee 1.1 lakh 3,770 (1st year)
Placement Percentage 60-80% 75-80%
Average CTC 4-6 LPA 5 LPA

To know more or check with the information provided ask any BESC alumni, as they can provide you with the intricate details, like the academic life or the performance of the faculty.

I suggest you not opt for Bhawanipur college as this college is not that worth it.

AB

Studied Bachelor of Education Degrees at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University

A B.Com from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies will be better. The rules and regulations regarding academics at Maharaja Agrasen are more lenient. While Maharaja Surajmal Institute has strict rules for attendance and uniforms, etc. The placement scenario is similar at both institutes. According to the recent highlights of MAIMS Placements, B.Com students usually receive an average CTC of around INR 3 LPA. Reliance Communication, Deloitte, etc. are among the top recruiters for the course.

Jiwaji University is a good university but there are other universities with better prospects including Manipal University, Sharda University, LPU, RTU, SKIT, ANAND-ICE, JEC, and more.

The placement opportunities mostly depend on your abilities and the performance you offer throughout your academic life. Other than the placement opportunities, you can find every other necessary amenity in the institutes mentioned above.
