Among Rajdhani College and the College of Vocational Studies (CVS), it is suggested you go for the latter instead of the former. CVS is said to be one of the best colleges under DU.
Here are some facts about it:
CVS is definitely a better choice. It offers the best facilities, they also have a proper administration who always caters to the needs of the students.
Both Gargi and Shaheed Bhagat Singh are well-regarded colleges with equally good reputations. They are located in the same city and even their year of establishment is the same. The faculty pools are great. So choosing one over the now depends more on your preference. If you are serious about your academics and future you can go for the all-girls college, Gargi but if you want a more vibrant college experience, go for SBS.
As a whole, it can be said that Gargi has better placement opportunities while SBS has a tad bit better faculty pool.
Now the choice is yours!

If you analyze Swami Shraddhanand College as per the rankings, it might be disappointing. From the perspectives of students who have graduated from this college claim it to be one of the best institutes.

The only advantage of being a part of this college would be the graduation degree from Delhi University and the title which would make future hurdles easier to get through.
It is your hard work and caliber that would help you in becoming an ace among your classmates. The college provides several assignments to keep you engaged in your studies but creating a balance between your college life and your life outside is your responsibility. Materials in the institute are no longer spoon-fed but hard-earned.
