Commonly, Nirma University offers various undergraduate (Bachelor’s Degree) and postgraduate (Master’s Degree) programs in a couple of fields, including engineering, law, and management as well. Here is how you can expect your admission procedure to process,
It is suggested that you keep in pace with the latest cut-off trends followed by the university.
Nirma University is a highly rated university. It is among the highly preferred universities in the states of Gujarat and Rajasthan. Here is why you should choose Nirma University.
| Placement Average | 95% |
| Highest CTC | 46 LPA |
| Top Recruiters | HDFC, Infosys, Reliance |
CTAE is also a good university but I have friends studying at CTAE and based on what I learned about the institute through them, I can tell you that Nirma is a better choice.
SVNIT is theoretical research-based while CEPT is more practice-oriented. If you are interested in pursuing a Ph.D. further or if you would like to get placed on-campus, then SVNIT is your place.
After matching your requirements focus on excelling at GATE to get structural engineering getting into structural engineering at SVNIT.
If you choose CEPT then you will have to work hard to get a job. It is well known in all of Asia and has one of the best civil engineers. The faculty is highly qualified, its alumni are working in MNCs and most of them get annual trips abroad.
Lastly, if you are not from Ahmedabad you will have to stay at the CEPT hostel which is an awesome place to stay, as you will see for yourself if you so choose to be.
Be mindful of the fees because both SVNIT and Nirma charge more about the quality they provide.
The education level at Nirma University is average. There are several factors that make you reconsider going there.
The university has several colleges, each having its own principal to direct and administer the rules and regulations properly. She/ he is the supreme head. Because of the insecurity and lack of rights, many good teachers and professors have left the university. There are no student rights or liberties. E.g. Here, a teacher's grudge can fail you, and you can't even fight back because you don't have the right to challenge them, which eventually hinders your career.
There is no student representative. All decisions are made by those leading authoritarian regimes and then imposed on the students. If you can get admission somewhere else, go for it.
You will have a lot of options to explore at the canteen at Nirma University.
You can also opt for a monthly fixed dish subscription which has a very cheap rate but it is not that great in my opinion. It is a three-star canteen with affordable rates and many options.
You should opt for SNVIT chemical. If you are inclined towards it and the placements are very decent with many recruiting companies. You will find a diverse environment here and will develop bonds and learn many new things. Also, the fests are one of the major attractions that give you a great experience of college life with new challenges whether you are in an organizing team or participating team. At the same time, the JEE ranking should be high enough to get admission to opt for chemical.
If you are interested in CS, then you should score 9.4+ in your first year. But if you have not studied CS before especially programming languages then it would be a very hard nut to crack. You can work on your weak topics in 1st year as nothing much is taught. If you are in Nirma then you would miss the college and hostel life, the best memories of college life.
If you like chemical engineering then go for it, never get trapped by the fickle-mindedness of people in society. Since in India, the tag of your college determines your intelligence level and capabilities so if you compare SVNIT Chemical with Nirma CSE, I would suggest SVNIT due to the opportunities it provides.
BBA from all of these institutes, Nirma University, Symbiosis, and NMIMS is good. It now depends on whether you are willing to go for an MBA immediately after your graduation or not.
If you want to do an MBA and not want to get into giving entrances again, then go for Nirma, it is a decent pick. If you feel you can study in the 2nd and 3rd year of your graduation for MBA entrance exams. Then go for BBA from NMIMS or Symbiosis.

My sister attends Nirma University, so, I think I can answer this question. Being one of the first private universities of Gujarat, it offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in several fields, such as Architecture, Law, Science, Management, Technology, and Pharmacy.

Placements
The college has a great placement rate, the packages offered are also superior in comparison with other engineering colleges in the state. With a number of international tie-ups by the college, placement becomes easier and better. The college also has great infrastructure and provides a good return on investment.
All three colleges fall under the Tier 2 category of MBA colleges in India. However, TAPMI and GIM possess a slight edge over Nirma as they have a stronger brand reputation and placement figures.
When it comes to TAPMI and GIM, the former is known for finance and marketing while the latter is known for marketing as some top FMCG companies recruit from there. GIM could be considered slightly better if someone wishes to pursue marketing, and it also has a smaller batch size than TAPMI. The bigger the batch size, the harder it is for the placement team of any college.
