These are the eligibility requirements for admission into LPU for a Phd-

• The candidates must pass their Master’s Degree with 55% aggregate marks (or equivalent grades prescribed by the university) in the relevant field. 
• The Master’s degree must be of 2 year duration after a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree.
• They must qualify the LPUNEST exam along with the interview.
• Those students who have done a 1-year/2-semester Master's degree program with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks after completing a 4 year Bachelor’s Degree are also eligible for admission.

The final selection for PhD admission is based on the performance of a candidate in the entrance test (70% weightage) and interview (30% weightage).
