The Great Lakes PGPM program claims to help you in switching jobs or functions by enhancing your knowledge base and managerial skills. But the truth is far from this. I know a friend who is an IT engineer with 8 years of work experience who completed the PGPM flex program to switch from the tech stream to the management stream but failed to do so. The result might be different for you though. So the subjectivity can best be clarified through the following pros and cons

Admission Procedure:
NIBM:
- The fee structure for the entire duration of 2 years is INR 12,00,000, involving hostel and mess charges.
- The seat intake is around 120 seats.
