GNLU, in collaboration with Khaitan and Co, offers an Advanced Certificate Programme on Capital Markets and Securities Law. The course duration is 50+ hours, and it is delivered in both online and offline formats. The offline sessions are of 24+ hours, and are conducted at GNLU Gandhinagar campus itself. The teaching sessions are followed by an evaluation of the students by the end of the course.
The faculty comprises experts from SEBI and IFSCA, leading Capital Markets Lawyers, Academicians, Investment Bankers and Financial Auditors. The course delivers learning on these topics-

GNLU Gandhinagar offers a 1 year LLM and a 2 year MBA in Financial Management & Business Laws at the PG level.
LLM: The eligibility for admission to the LLM program at GNLU Gandhinagar is that the candidates must have an LLB (or equivalent degree in law) from a recognized university, with not less than 50% marks (45% in the case of SC/ST candidates).
The LLM program is divided into two semesters. The Semester 1 curriculum is divided into 4 groups: corporate and business law, constitutional and corporate law, criminal and security law, and intellectual property law.
MBA: The MBA in Financial Management and Business Laws is a 2-year full-time residential program to nurture the managerial and legal acumen of participants.
The eligibility criteria for this program is that the candidates must have graduated from a recognized university or institute with a minimum qualification in OR with commerce, management, law, arts, science and engineering, except fine arts. Additionally, they must have passed their bachelor's degree with at least 55% marks.
GNLU offers excellent placements to its students. According to the NIRF 2024 Report, a total of 163 UG and 52 LLM graduates were successfully placed from the GNLU Gandhinagar campus in 2023.
The median CTC offered during 2023 placements was INR 16 LPA. On the other hand, the median package offered to UG graduates was INR 15.4 LPA, and to LLM graduates was INR 4.2 LPA in 2022. The placement rate was increased in 2023 by 40.5% as compared to 2022.
