The new campus of NICMAR Hyderabad is 20 Km away from the city and you hardly find anything around the campus. 

• You need to walk 2 Km from the bus stand to get into the NICMAR campus. 
• There is a small basketball court and cricket ground.
• The gym facilities are good but usually remain overcrowded.
• One small shop is there where you hardly find anything, and the food is of average quality and the menu gets repeated.
• But there is a 24 hours electricity supply and the classrooms are well-equipped with air conditioners.
• Also, a free wifi facility is available but there is a limit, if you use it beyond that then your id is blocked by the officials.

Thus, we can conclude that the facilities provided in the new campus are less when compared to the old one.

Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (QSCM) is an excellent course offered by NICMAR Hyderabad. You will be able to study almost all of the important subjects included in the ACM curriculum. Contract management, arbitration and conciliation, rate analysis, and valuations are all considerations.

Project management software like Primavera P6, MSP, Candy CCS, are also included in the Qscm and Acm curricula.

If we analyze the placement scenario at NICMAR, the number of recruiters visiting and recruitments happening is only increasing. Also, the packages offered by these companies are high when compared to the market. In the recent placement drive, the average CTC offered at NICMAR was 6 LPA. 

An experience of 4.5 years is excellent in its own way. Just be sure about your current and expected CTC during the placement process. 

Getting the same CTC even after the post-graduation would be a waste of time. It's a gamble if you're willing to make it. There are students who join just after two years of experience and get better pay, so should you after your 4 years of experience.

If you wish to join to learn, then go ahead, but if the salary is your only concern, then rethink your decision twice.

You will always have the option to go from a double to single occupancy and vice versa. The hostels have a capacity that exceeds the annual intake. As a result, once you arrive, this should not be an issue.

But If you are concerned about expenses, then take a double occupancy room and then shift your room among your friends. Or you can book a single occupancy room, that way you will have your own personal space than without any disturbance.
