Neotia University:

• The university’s placement cell has ties with national and international companies.

• The students of the computer science branch get the highest salary packages compared to other branches.

• Students are also hired for internships and then are later offered jobs.

• Companies like TCS, CTS, Infosys, Wipro, IBM, Accenture offer jobs to students.

• TCS and CTS offer more jobs than other companies.

Computer Science Engineering at Brainware University

Admission: 

• The basic eligibility criteria for admission to CSE at Brainware University 60% in class 10 examinations and 55% in class 12 examinations.
• The selection criteria for B. Tech in CSE at this university are required to qualify for the WBJEE examinations along with JEE Mains and must have secured 45% marks in PCM for the class 12th examination
• Also, the selections are made on the ranking that a student secures in the Brainware University Entrance Test.

Fees: The course fee for CSE at Brainware University is 390,000 in Total Fees.

Infrastructure: 

• Every department of Brainware has excellent infrastructure. The labs are well equipped with instruments to be able to meet the needs of the students, research scholars, faculty members, and staff. 
• The students are provided with every latest technology that is needed to carry out their coursework smoothly.

Placement: 

• CSE has a placement record of 80%. Companies such as PwC, ICICI, TCS, Wipro Berger Paints, Capgemini, Nestle, and Reliance come for placements for ECE students.

Admission:

• The eligibility criteria for B. Tech in CSE is that the candidate has to have 60% marks in PCM for the class 12th examination
• The selection criteria are that the applicant must pass the TNU exam that is conducted by the university itself. Also, students need to qualify for the WBJEE exam

Fees: The course fee for CSE at Neotia University is 140,000 (first-year fee) and a grand total of 4.52 Lakhs.

Placement:

• It provides various training programs before the campus placement drive starts to learn the relevant skills required to do well in interviews.
• The placement rate is quite high with 80%. 
• The highest salary package offered in 2020 was 12.2LPA and the average package was 3.50LPA

Anyone having any confusion has to which of the two is the best must-have got a clear idea of it by now for the above-mentioned comparisons.

The Barasat locality, though a little too far from the proper Kolkata city, is still quite safe. In fact, the campus is close to the residential area so there is absolutely no need to worry about safety and girls regularly step out of campus.

The girl’s hostel is inside the main campus and the whole campus is 24/7 guarded by security personnel as well as other methods. The wardens and the matron in the girl’s hostels are very friendly and you could approach them for any problem, if any, should arise.

The campus itself has all the basic amenities, so you need not step outside if you are fearful of your safety. 

One of my friends studying at Brainware University said that popular sports played among students are mainly football, cricket, and volleyball at the campus playground.

• There are provisions available for indoor games for the regular recreation of students.
• The boys regularly play, especially the hostel residents in the evening after they finish their classes daily.
• The University annually organizes the Annual Sports Meet event to encourage sports among students.
• Various other sports competitions are held of carom, badminton, table tennis during the week-long Fest.
• Students of all departments take part in different sports like Shot Put, Relay Race, Long Jump, and Tug of War, etc.

So, if you join this college it will be exceptionally fun for you. It will be an exciting experience in your college life.
