Which college is best to study for a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS/BBA/BBM): Bengaluru- Jain University or Christ College?
Among these, Christ University is the best option for Bachelor of Management Studies. Their BBA degree is reputed across the country. I am a BBA student at Christ University Lavasa campus. I can only comment on my institution, and not the other two.
The Lavasa campus is really beautiful, and studying here is a very pleasant experience in itself. The local population is small in number and quite friendly too. The student crowd for BBA and other courses at Lavasa is very diverse, and it consists of students from all over India.
The campus is small and it contains a limited number of students and teachers. Because of this, the students develop good interaction with their teachers. So even if they miss a lecture, they can approach the respective teacher with their doubts. The faculty is a mix of good and below average teachers.
The campus frequently hosts cultural and sports activities, and students get to participate in Photography, Dance, Music, Painting, Football, Basketball, etc. Basic amenities like ‘dhabas’, restaurants and grocery stores are located close to the campus.
The minus point is that Lavasa is a secluded area. For shopping, the students can only travel once a week to the nearby Pune market (2 hour distance) through college transportation. Because of the same reasons, parcels usually take a lot of time to reach (7 to 14 days).
But if its remote location is not a problem for you, the Christ University Lavasa campus is decent for a BBA.
Which is the best option among these; an MBA at Christ, development studies at TISS, an MBA at ICFAI Hyderabad, or rural management at XIMB?

In all honesty, the campus life of Christ is pretty hectic. The senior students conduct personality development programs for freshers, right after they join the university. After this, the committee selection process starts.
The students have to strike a balance between fest/event management, placements, internships on the one hand, and huge academic load on the other. But with time, they learn to manage everything well.
For MBA students, Christ is known to provide top placements in the Marketing sector. The students receive plenty of placement opportunities in sales, and few opportunities in core marketing, media & advertising, and digital marketing as well.
Christ has a good reputation and a strong alumni network for those who wish to work in the Sales and Marketing sector after their MBA.

Which college should I select for mechanical engineering, Christ University or PES Electronic City campus?
I am a second year B.Tech Mechanical student at Christ University Bangalore. I do not know much about PES Electronic City campus, but I can give some insight into my own university.
I was suggested to join Christ University for my engineering studies by my elder sister. She has some friends at the time who were also pursuing their B.Tech from Christ.
I selected Christ for engineering studies because-
- It follows a good curriculum with a decent grading system.
- The faculty is experienced and good at teaching.
- Christ offers good facilities to students. The university library is huge, and it has a vast collection of books related to engineering studies.
- The campus environment is good, there are sports facilities, and the campus also has a swimming pool.
- According to 2024 placement figures, B.Tech has received the highest package offer of 20 LPA among all the different courses offered at the university.
These are some reasons why I would suggest you choose Christ University Bangalore for your B.Tech Mechanical degree.

Getting yourself into christ is like signing up for an emotional roller coaster . The student to faculty ratio is quite common like how it is in schools , two class teachers are assigned and other subject teachers are there as well . The number of subjects and exams totally depends on the uniqueness of your course . subjects change every semester . All odd semesters are considered slightly difficult than the even semesters
How is the campus life at Christ University Bangalore?
There are a lot of events that happen which are namely, blossoms ,ethnic day,magnificat and a lot more , all dedicated to different seasons and festivals . There are a lot of student clubs as well which can build major life skills and soft skills , for which students are first interviewed to test their confidence and knowledge .
How are the hostels at Christ University Bangalore?
hostel facility are available nearby the campus , room are equipped all the furniture , bed , table and chairs mirror , they'll offer , single sharing , 2 sharing , 3 sharing and the prices will vary accordingly , so es hostels peivde snacks in the evening , and tea and coffee during morning and evenings , some have gyms and swimming pools , gaming arenas and every events will take place during event festivals the hostel will have event going on for the students staying in the hostel , u just have to go in person see the rooms and select which one is affordable and comfortable as per your requirements , the locality is very secured the police will be on rounds evey half an hour
